Good hotel

I've been staying here for many days. The front desk can speak Chinese, which is good.

Booked for a colleague on a business trip. This is the second time I booked. My colleague said the facilities are good, there are free washing machines and washing powder, and there is breakfast. It is also very clean and the room is quite large.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby, but others disagree. 1. I made a reservation for 3 nights. On the first night, I discovered that the bathroom faucet was dripping, causing moisture and water accumulation on the bathroom floor. Although the counter responded to the problem, it was not handled when checking out. It was inefficient and disregarded the rights of consumers. During the stay, due to the heavy humidity and feet entering and exiting the bathroom, It was all wet and very uncomfortable. 2. This hotel is a three-star hotel, and the room rate is mandatory to include breakfast, so the charge is higher than other hotels. I thought that the breakfast would be a buffet meal as shown in the picture posted on the website. As a result, they handed out 50,000 Vietnamese dollars and asked customers to go to a nearby breakfast restaurant to eat simple meals such as simple xiaolongbao and soy milk. It was obviously suspected of misleading consumers with false advertising. So let consumers know. 3. On the first day of my stay, I asked the hotel if I could check out one day early for a refund, and also applied to change my check-out date on the Trip website. However, the store has yet to respond to the trip and has not notified me of the handling situation. Obviously the store does not agree to the modification and will not refund. Even so, you have to clearly reply to the trip and then notify me before redeeming it.
