The hotel has no elevetors, and spiders everywhere. I paid for partial view and could not see snything. There are very few rooms that have a laguna view at all.

Really nice hotel, there is nothing to complain about and we would come back anytime.
Only drawbacks:
- Service staff, especially in the restaurant, speak no or very poor English, which makes communication difficult
- Only tiles in the rooms, which means the floor is not so comfortable. One or two carpets would be nice here, which would give the whole room more ambience

Vale la pena destacar la amabilidad del personal, la comodidad de las habitaciones, la ubicación y la vista. El plus es que te prestan kayak y table board lo que hace una experiencia única en la laguna. Sin duda si regreso.

Me han estafado 100 euros de depósito, no me lo han devuelto y encima me han cobrado 28 euros más sin mi consentimiento de la tarjeta por consumir en el hotel, cuando ese dinero me lo iban a descontar del depósito que di y no he recibido. En total 128 euros. No me han dado solución y me han bloqueado.

We literally loved this hotel, it’s not luxury but it is everything you need, amazing position, clean large rooms but most of all the incredible staff especially Jess and the other fabulous girls at the front desk. If a hotel is about service this is 5 Star

Everything was beautiful, the pools clean and warm, the food and service was incredible, great service. Betza at the front desk was very kind and helpful, the other person at the font desk when we were leaving not so much, kinda hostile and in bad mood.

This place was EVERYTHING it is advertised to be! I didn’t need to leave the property for ANYTHING!

Lo mejor del hotel son las personas: Jessica, Ricardo, Esperanza, Cielo, etc son súper amables y siempre están atentos a cualquier necesidad.
El hotel está ubicado en la mejor zona de la laguna frente a un cenote y se puede llegar caminando dentro del agua porque está bajito.
Las instalaciones están súper bien con mantenimiento todo el tiempo, limpio y muy tranquilo.
Excelente opción!!
