Wirklich schönes Hotel, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Einzige Mankos:
- Servicepersonal, gerade im Restaurant, spricht kein oder sehr schlechtes Englisch, dadurch ist die Kommunikation umständlich
- ausschließlich Fliesen in den Zimmern, dadurch ist der Boden nicht so gemütlich. Hier wären ein / zwei Teppiche schön, die dem ganzen Raum mehr Ambiente geben würden

Vale la pena destacar la amabilidad del personal, la comodidad de las habitaciones, la ubicación y la vista. El plus es que te prestan kayak y table board lo que hace una experiencia única en la laguna. Sin duda si regreso.

Me han estafado 100 euros de depósito, no me lo han devuelto y encima me han cobrado 28 euros más sin mi consentimiento de la tarjeta por consumir en el hotel, cuando ese dinero me lo iban a descontar del depósito que di y no he recibido. En total 128 euros. No me han dado solución y me han bloqueado.

Bacalar now has a truly luxurious option for those who love to be pampered. We try to get to Bacalar every year and look forward to seeing what's new. This new boutique hotel did not disappoint! We stayed two nights and here are some of the things that stood out: Warm reception from Staff along with welcome drink. Soap Selection at Check-in (love it! so original), contact by WhatsApp to Reception for whatever you need, and the response is immediate. The location is superb with a beautiful view of the lagoon and piers that allow one direct access to the lagoon. We had a bit of rain one night and umbrellas were delivered to our door so we wouldn't get wet on our way to the restaurant. The food was amazing and the feel of the restaurant is leisurely, not rushed. The restaurant's panoramic windows can be opened to make it open air or closed when air conditioning is needed. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Hot water and water pressure was excellent. WiFi was strong. Coffee Machine was a plus. Bathrobe and slippers as seen in most luxury hotels. There is no question that the architect and management have paid a lot of attention to the details that make this hotel a winner.

Mi estancia fue de 4 días/3 noches, el hotel me pareció perfecto, las habitaciones están excelentes, tanto en espacio como diseño, los espacios comunes como son las albercas, restaurante y muelle a la laguna perfectos. Mi estancia no incluyo alimentos, pero si el uso de kayak y paddle, los cuales creo que si podrian mejorarse, ya que para nada son de uso profesional o amateur, mas bien parecían de uso muy, muy basico. Un dato importante es aue en los andadores es mejor no ir descalzo o con zapatos que no tengan buen agarre ya que pueden ser un poco resbalosos.

Gorgeous hotel right on the lagoon. The staff were attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would mention is they should have bikes to rent. We had to spend money on taxis every time we wanted to go to centro Bacalar. But other than that the stay was perfecto!
