Very private resort right on the lagoon. Beautiful and peaceful place, very relaxing. Clear Kayaks highlight of the experience. Jose Manual gave excellent service with a smile. very caring people work here. Excellent and fresh food. We will definitely be back soon.

Excelente servicio, todos son muy amables, es un lugar muy tranquilo y agusto para disfrutar !! 100% recomendado. Excelentes vistas y la comida de lujo, la laguna súper tranquila especial para hacer kayak y irte a darl la vuelta en el yetski y también el área de spa muy agusto, les recomiendo el masaje de chocholate, son expertas que no se olvidan!

Ubicación muy buena, comida deliciosa y la atención de Mario en Hunabku excelente 👌!!! Tienen diferentes actividades para realizar en la laguna, como kayak, paddel, las hamacas y columpios en el muelle están increíbles, solo recomiendo llevar citronella o repelente por los mosquitos, en general todo muy bien.

Es un lugar muy agradable y en todo momento su personal te trata muy bien para que disfrutes tu experiencia , yo fui a desayunar y el menú es muy rico , variable así como no hay nada mejor que disfrutar de tus alimentos o bebidas exóticas a la orilla del mar. Sin duda alguna es una parada imperdible en tus próximas vacaciones !!

Excelente servicio y atención de todo el personal Mario fue el que nos estuvo atiendiendo pero en general desde recepción excelente atención gracias el préstamo del kayak y el pádel nos prestaron toallas y chalecos para estar en la laguna gracias

La chica de la Recepción Teresa no atendió mal, solicitamos un taxi con ella, cuando anteriormente habíamos estado saliendo y siempre nos cantaban 80 pesos y cuando le pedimos el favor a ella, el taxi cobró 180 pesos, por órdenes de esta chica Teresa

Una gran experiencia, muy agradable hotel, muy cálida la gente que trabaja, muchas gracias por su hospitalidad. Sin duda regresaría a su Hotel. Cuiden a Shasha la voy a extrañar, es una gatita hermosa , la ame !! Espero que este esterilizada para que no sufra. Nos relajamos en el spa y muy recomendable la atención de Lupita y Angélica super su atención y masaje de 100.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Overpriced. Terrible breakfasts. The hot water NEVER works and the staff pretend it's the first time it has happened. Poor service generally- with the restaurant staff almost fighting over your tips in front of you. Staff at The Reception are worst ever, including leaving you waiting to get in the gates for 5 minutes every time you return from a daytrip. This is my FIRST and ONLY bad review I've ever written on Tripadvisor - having travelled throughout Europe, Asia, Africa & America. If you read this, and book this hotel - I did my best for you!
