Baban was the best part of my stay at the hotel! He was the kindest and most welcoming person I met while staying in Zurich! He gave great advice about navigating the city and handled any issues I had right away.
I felt like a queen while staying at this new hotel. The rooms were huge, lovely bathrooms big beds. I’m so glad I chose this place.

Large room, air conditioning, good bathroom, Nespresso coffee maker and bottled water. Everything quite new. My only thing is the complete absence of a desk or workplace and a chair to sit on. There is nothing and it won't be for space.

The hotel is very new and everything is very clean and tidy. So new, actually, that you almost can't find it because there are no neon signs or anything similar. But these are planned and should come. The rooms are generally quite quiet, except that you could hear the guests in the corridor and the cleaning ladies when they were mistreating the rooms with their vacuum cleaner.
I missed a chair or an armchair in the room. Apart from a bottle of water, there are no other drinks or snacks.
For e-car drivers
The 3 chargers for e-cars described are not in the hotel, but there are charging facilities in the adjacent parking garages. A "Go Fast" rapid charging park is being built behind the hotel and a number of chargers have been set up in the garage, but these were not yet in operation and it was not (yet) clear whether they were public or only for tenants.
