Seda Capitol Central Hotel Reviews

Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall. The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good. They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night. Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.

The hotel is located at the Central Area with many eateries nearby, the room is clean and well maintained; the roof top bar is awesome with live band and good cocktails. I wish to come back here again next time.

best place to stay when in bacolod. love the service, love that it has 24hrs gym. Very clean as well. breakfast is okay too!

The facilities is clean and great. The staff are friendly and the breakfast are delicious with lots of variety. The location is very near to Ayala Mall and our rooms can even see the view of the Lagoon.

We are always staying at Seda, great location and easy to move around and a lot of restaurants. This time we stayed at room 405. The staff are friendly and helpful with good manners. We got some problems in the bathroom. After I reported at the front desk, they responded quickly. Sent staff tried to fix the problems. Even though I told them not to until after we checked out. It is always nice to stay at Seda. The breakfast you will never disappoint. Only the small things the management needs to train the people who work there to be more cautious of the small details. Otherwise... All is well!

Buffet breakfast is amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff are pleasant.Excellent stay.

The employees are very accomodating and professionals. Since I arrived 2 hours before the check in time they allow me to leave my luggage at their storage room. I had a great time staying there even if I only stayed less than 4 hours. My friend was left there until morning. For sure they also enjoy their stay and the food at Seda.

The room was clean. The food was decent. I wanted to let my gfs nieces use the pool but staff said only guests were allowed. That was a disappointment. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape. For Bacolod it's really the only hotel I'll stay at.

actually I booked this room to my nephew and his wife as a gift to their wedding . They said that they had a great stay .

Hotel Location is excellent, just a few meters (100m) from Ayala Mall. And 10m to Lagoon Area where you can feed some fish. It’s in the center of the city with all the fast food and restaurants just in front of the Hotel. It’s walking distance to Calea, the famous pastries in Bacolod City. The food is average, not much choices but overall, it will make your tummy happy.😄 The swimming pool is good, but it’s too hot during the day. Best time to swim, early morning at 6am and evening time 5pm onwards.

Staff are not good. When you order something it will arrive late. Specially the housekeeping. I dont actually make a review but im really disappointed.

Great Hotel. Some staff members are really great but some are okay. Breakfast buffet is really good. Would recommend this hotel.
