Recommended. Clean rooms, breakfast buffet a bit small in selection, but of very good quality. Lacson Street about 100m. Papa Pala Restaurant about 300m (seafood) highly recommended.

The hotel is good in the local area, very quiet, mainly because the air conditioner is quiet, the room is large, and the shelf is also very high. The richest man's hotel is still good, but there is no Chinese food, and you need to take a taxi from SM or shopping malls.

could not sleep well: ​The bar next to the hotel/upstairs is still dancing at one in the morning ​The chicken coop next door started to croak at three in the middle of the night ​There are mice fighting and scratching the floor in the ventilation ducts on the ceiling, and the hotel's organs can't catch them at all ​After changing rooms, at seven or eight in the morning, some workers hung on the outer wall and drilled the wall ​ The hotel has also reduced costs a bit. If you don't call the front desk to ask for cleaning, no one will come to clean. I booked a flight ahead of time to leave. . .

While the hotel boasts beautiful interiors, the service is a major fail! On the second day of my stay, I took the initiative to remind the staff about our request for extra beds, which I had already made upon check-in. I came back to hotel at 2pm to remind front desk. However, despite my efforts, the beds were still not set up by 6 pm. So once again we reminded the front swak as my kids had a delayed flight, and we wanted the beds ready after dinner. We reiterated our request multiple times throughout the day. Yet, to my dismay, upon returning from dinner at 8:30 pm, the beds remained unprepared and not even seen in the room. To add to the frustration, the front desk girl named Ann told us the delay to our supposed indecision regarding a breakfast package in connection to the extra bed. The breakfast-inclusive package or not should have had no bearing on the timely setup of our beds. We also had requested before we left the room that our safe was not in working condition and if they would be able to repair or replace. Upon returning after dinner - no action had been made. Safe still busted. Worst of all after a very tiring day at 10:45pm music is blaring loudly one floor above us on the 5th. They didnt even warn us of an event ongoing. We would have never checked in if we were told ahead of time that there would be disturbing music all night long. Such a disappointment! Glaring difference between the hotel's impressive aesthetics and its operational inefficiency. Basic guest comfort and service is soooo lacking.

The place is amazing, chill and elegant. Their food is delicious. Staff are very friendly and approachable. A must visit place if you’re in Bacolod, will definitely recommend this place to my coworkers, friends and family.

The place is nice and clean. Good ambience and service is great. Will definitely recommend to friends, family and even in business outings. Ordered pizza and carbonara. The staffs are nice. There are various cocktail drinks.

We went to the skybar for dinner with my friends. We ordered salpicao, pesto, spaghetti bolognese, and carbonara. They were well cooked and tasted pretty well for the price. We’ve been here a lot and the experience is still the same. Would highly recommend.

It was a pleasant evening. Very accommodating and the service was fantastic. The food were served fast and there was no delay except for the pizza. Overall, the food was good and the ambience is comforting.

i like the food and the ambiance for a chill and relaxing friday night with friends over dinner and some cocktail drinks. Preferrably a good option and a breather after a long and stressful week at work.
