I felt very comfortable during my stay. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made for a pleasant experience. I particularly enjoyed the ramen soup. I look forward to returning to this place in the future.

During my recent stay at Acacia Hotel, I found it to be a delightful experience overall. Situated in a prime location, the hotel is conveniently within walking distance from the ferry port and a variety of restaurants, making it exceptionally convenient for travelers. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff evidently pays attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests. One of the standout features of Acacia Hotel is its wave pool, which exceeded my expectations. Whether you're looking to relax by the water or enjoy a refreshing swim, the pool offers a fantastic experience that adds to the hotel's charm. The staff at Acacia Hotel deserve special commendation for their courteous and helpful demeanor throughout my stay. From the reception desk to the restaurant servers, everyone went out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant and memorable visit. Overall, Acacia Hotel offers a combination of great location, cleanliness, attentive service, and outstanding amenities like the wave pool, making it a top choice for both leisure and business travelers alike. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Room had no additional lock from the inside. Several staff namely from security, housekeeping and ground floor service staff were not friendly and approachable. Though we booked for 3 pax per room, amenities and towels were only provided for 2 pax per room. Pillow had a hole in it. Pool had a limit of 2 pax each time. Which means our group could not swim together.

Our stay was great! We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights :) We booked through trip.com and I was able to reach out tot he front desk before our arrival to be able to prepare our room for a birthday surprise. The staff at the front desk were very kind to deliver the flowers I ordered to our room and also give my mom a simple birthday welcome token! The breakfast every morning was good! Just the right choices! The room we stayed in was very nice, it just lacked some usual devices (like hairdryer) but overall, it was good! I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Bacolod and want to be near some tourist sites! It’s a grab or trike away :)

Before checking in to this hotel, we checked the reviews. And of course yung review sa negative yung chineck namin, so far for ITS PRICE, sakto lang lahat. Parang we booked around 1,800.00 per night yata and all are okay naman. I mean, we don't expect a 5 star treatment and outcome for an affordable price. If you're looking for a place for work and yung comfortable ka, this is the right hotel for you. The room is spacious (like ang laki and luwag compared to manila hotels syempre) the bed is good, yung aircon is maingay lang since box type but okay lang kasi ang lamig niya sobra. The CR is small but sakto lang for 2 pax na gagamit. May table for work, and malamig yung ref para sa mga food na need ma store. Overall, if I will be basing the rate for its price, location, accommodation, it's 5/5 for me. Basta manage your expectation okay? 😊

The Hotel was very near to SM Bacolod and was easy to locate. Staffs are very accommodating and the services are good. Buffet breakfast is superb! Recommended when you need a place to stay away from busy roads of Bacolod but near to everything

For the price, its okay. But the hotel is showing age especially the beddings, towels and furnitures inside the room. Bathroom needs a deep scrub as the molds are already visible. Room keys did not work 2x during our stay which was a hassle. Location is near SM but a bit of walk especially if its hot outside. The roads at night is not well lit so better take taxi or Grab in the evenings

Very clean and convenient, near the SM Mall and Ayala Mall. The Food is very good and affordable

Service and over all friendless was absolutely incredible. Though the facility are in a a deep need of renovating. Room need to be cleaned properly bed need to be made properly, Bathroom are in need of deep cleaning, facilities are need of upgrading, amenities upgrade, if inhaced and done properly will attract more guests.....
