Ayant été un fidèle habitué de cet hôtel pendant des années, j’ai malheureusement été témoin de sa dégradation en gamme et en services au fil du temps, jusqu’à un point où mon seuil de tolérance a été franchi par de nombreux incidents : dégradation des mobiliers et fournitures des chambres, parfois la clim qui lâche en plein été, dépersonnalisation des services et la cerise sur le gâteau, un comportement inadmissible d’une réceptionniste, le tout m’as fait changer pour un autre hôtel bien meilleur (au meme prix), pour le reste de mes années « Bad Homburg ». Je vous conseille un cet hôtel (situé à 100 mètres :) vous pouvez le découvrir dans mes autres avis sur Bad Homburg ;).
