Das Einzelzimmer 601: Abgewohnte, innen zerkratztes Mobiliar, fleckiger und schmuddelig wirkender Teppich, in der 1. Nacht defekter Fernseher, kein einziges Programm hat funktioniert. Duschgelflasche leer- das ist wahrlich kein 5* Standard. Wir haben für 3 Personen 4 Nächte gebucht, die 3. Person nach 2 Nächten frustriert über die Ausstattung des Hotels abgereist, laut freundlichem Rezeptionspersonal überhaupt kein Problem, dennoch wurde am Schluss der Preis für 4 Nächte und 3! Personen verrechnet. Das ist keine Kundenfreundlichkeit! Zum Thema Spa: Saunabereich teils sehr schön, Innenpools in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung. Die kleine Grottenanlage mit Sprudelliegen wäre gemütlich, wird aber von Klein- und Kleinstkindern als Spielplatz , teilw. Ballspiele (!) , benutzt weil seicht. Besonders negativ ist der Ruheraum aufgefallen: Praktisch dunkel, kalt, zusammengewürfelte Liegen . Zum Vergleich in anderen 5* Häusern: Liegebetten, Duft, leise Musik, sanfte Beleuchtung! Die Außenanlagen sind sicherlich sehr schön, konnten aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht beurteilt werden. Erwähnenswert ist noch das Frühstück, welches durch mangelnde Vielfalt und tägliches Einerlei ebenfalls nicht einem 5* Standard entspricht. Positiv möchte ich doch die allerorts Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals hervorheben!

Ein Hotel für unsere Kurzurlaube einfach zum Genießen und Entspannen. Innerhalb einer halben Stunde raus aus dem Alltag und sich verwöhnen lassen. Es passt das Essen der Wellnessbereich die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Und Hunde sind gerne gesehen

Torno sempre con grande piacere al Pulverer. Scegliendo il periodo giusto rimane un luogo estremamente tranquillo. Piscine e saune curatissime. La nuova Piscina esterna una vera chicca. Centro wellness con Operatori ed Operatrici attenti e molto professionali. In questo ultimo soggiorno ho trovato anche una qualità del cibo migliorata sensibilmente, quasi eccelsa. Migliorabile il Buffet sella Cena. Punto forte per me rimane l'atmosfera della Casa, il luogo ideale per staccare la spina. Personale molto cortese.

Ich war vor 20 Jahren zuletzt im Hotel Pulverer und durfte meine großartigen Erinnerungen heuer wieder bei einem winterlichen Kurzaufenthalt auffrischen und mit neuen, noch besseren Eindrücken ergänzen. Der Standort ist ideal, die gesamte Hotelanlage sauber, die Zimmer geräumig, das Personal herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Speisen sind ein Fest für alle Sinne und auch der Spa-Bereich lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Me lo ricordavo molto meglio negli anni passati... Un'hotel 5 stelle trascurato con moquette vecchia e scolorita, benvenuto in camera con una caraffa di acqua calda di rubinetto... acqua nella piscina appena tiepida (l'unica acqua un pò calda era in una piscinetta piccola), pavimenti nella piscina molto scivolosi e pericolosi, prezzo pagato alto (550,00 euro per una camera matrimoniale e una camera singola per una sola notte). La sera impossibile bere qualcosa al bar... Rivedrei la valutazione di stelle dell'hotel! Hotel certamente da rinnovare, 5 stelle ingiustificate!

Sono tornata in questo albergo da cui mancavo da circa sei anni e come le altre volte sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. In più quest’anno ho trovato una gradita sorpresa di una nuova piscina all’interno del giardino della struttura. la struttura è gestita al meglio e le nuove piscine lo dimostrano, è una struttura pulita ben gestita con un personale sicuramente poco appariscente ma sempre disponibile e che sa rispondere a qualsiasi tua richiesta. La struttura termale è sempre perfetta e pulita così come le piscine, le camere sempre spaziose e anche queste pulitissime. ottimo sia il momento della merenda nel pomeriggio che il la colazione la cena. Ho letto commenti di buffet scarsi e mi sento di confermare che i buffet sono sempre all’altezza della tradizione dell’albergo. il mio consiglio è che questo è il posto ideale per rilassarsi non ultimo non dimentichiamo che all’interno dell’albergo c’è un centro benessere con tantissimi trattamenti a pagamento di ottimo livello.

Zimmer, Betten und Schlafkomfort super, einzig das TV Angebot im Zimmer war leicht eingeschränkt da ein technischer Defekt einiger Programme nicht behoben werden konnte ..... Essen im Restaurant Loy Stubn fantastisch, Personal und Bedienung TOP und ausgezeichnet, Extrawünsche wurden sofort und unkompliziert erledigt.... Beim Frühstück könnte das Speisenangebot etwas umfangreicher sein, Qualität aber auch hier TOP .... SPA - Thermalwasser war uns im Außenpool um 1 bis 2 Grad zu kalt aber im Gesamten kann das SPA trotzdem als TOP bezeichnet werden, Außensauna und fantastischer Infinity Pool TOP ... Behandlungen Massagen - Traumhaft und TOP Leute in der Physio ... kommen sehr gerne wieder ..... Haus ist auf jeden Fall mit gutem Gewissen weiter zu empfehlen ... Danke für die Rundumbetreuung

Wir waren jetzt das 5x im Hotel Pulverer und es war, wie immer ein toller Urlaub. Das gesamte Hotel ist einfach wunderbar. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett :-) Das Essen ist super lecker, auch sich eine Massage zu gönnen, können wir nur empfehlen. Entspannung bietet der große Wellness- und Saunabereich. Wer auch im Urlaub nicht auf Sport verzichten möchte, kommt im Fitnessbereich auf seine Kosten. Alles in allem ist ein Urlaub im Hotel Pulverer absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf :-)
