On the Rhine River, the scenery is very good, the front desk is very simple, the rooms are good, the breakfast is great, it is also close to the old town and the city center, and you can do Rhine cruises at the dock. It may be the best hotel in Bingen. Bingen declined a lot.

The hotel grape is located in an excellent location on the Rhine River in Rüsselsheim
However, for disabled people an absolute no go.
The service was only good when a certain gentleman was at the reception. Women seemed to be overbearing, yet very launchful. The room service was OK but no longer. The hotel has come very into the years as well as partly the inventory. The beds in our room were a disaster. Matrixes up to go no longer located. The carpet floor is a dirt sleeve, full of spots and cracks. Similarly, the tape in the streams. Just shy. At closer view, it was also poorly cleaned. In the window frames had spinning tissue with small dead wings etc, as well as at the windows in the breakfast room. Just a shit. The windows in the room were certainly not washed for more than 1 year.
The rest of the room was searched together.
The swimming pool was for business reasons

On the lower floors many steps and stairs.
The breakfast was very good, the service was also OK.
This hotel can only be able to make good location and good breakfast points, otherwise more than modest.
Maximum a 2-star hotel.
We will certainly not stay in this hotel again.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our Rhine River Valley tour and it was excellent. Parking is right there on site, checkin was a breeze, and the location is pretty much 10 minutes from everywhere in Rudesheim. The breakfast is included and they have a full spread and made-to-order omelettes. Room was great looking west with views up the ridge over the wineries to the monument. So much to do in Rudesheim and a great place to stay.

Staying at the Rheinhotel Lamm was an unexpected surprise. The owner welcomed us with sincere and helpful advice. We had a superb dinner with excellent service. The room was quiet, comfort, clean, and we’ll provisioned. Spentbthe evening drinking some excellent wine, eating a superb dinner, and watching the river traffic on the Rhein. Definitely a place to return to.

We stayed here one night on our cycling trip, and after a rough start (rather grouchy proprietor man at the front desk who didn’t speak any English and seemed sick of cycling guests, although we were only 4 easygoing people), enjoyed our stay. Bike storage was up around the corner through a garage that the proprietor had to open for us. We had a nice big room (though our friends had a tiny single next door to us and a larger single across the street and up several flights of stairs, so they were less thrilled). Our room was over the little walking street but quiet and comfortable. There was plenty of space, a big bed, closets and shelves, a big bathroom, and a good little desk and fast Wifi. The hotel is in a great location in the main old streets of Zell, with one side facing the river and the other the walking street. There is a good, expansive breakfast buffet in the huge dining room downstairs overlooking the river, with friendly and bustling service. Strangely, even though it was still tourist season (early Sept), and it was a Tuesday night, we found almost no restaurants open for dinner and were even turned away at more than one (at 7-7:30pm). But we ended up having an excellent dinner at a friendly Italian restaurant near the hotel.

The location on the Rhineland, beautiful. The beautiful garden terrace, a flower splendour. The rooms are comfortable ( comfort room) Sufficient crochets and ladles in the bathroom to stall your stuff. Set on the room. Breakfast and dinner were great. I would like to say: more choice in fish and vegetarian dishes, but this probably has to do with under-occupation, as I have read on the website. Staff were very nice. My Bulgarian**** staffer who provided breakfast. Always friendly and smiling, and it was also nice that our bikes could stand inside, and the car at a closed parking place, we're coming back...

Very nice hotel, very good environment, located on the hillside of the Rhine River, below is the Rhine River, the scenery is superb, there are many collections in the castle, 7 euros to buy tickets, it is worth watching, and the front desk is a nearly 60 old lady It’s raining to help us with one of the heaviest boxes on the third floor, very friendly! highly recommended.

The middle of the ”New Center” is this hotel. As we were there, the water damage was not yet remedied. The side entrance with the chairs did it also. The rooms are large enough, clean and in the bathroom there are glasses of glass, no plastic. Donors in the bathroom for the soap are also a good sign, no micropacks. Beds ok, TV large and Wi-Fi went also very well. The river beautiful, a little dark light? Railway station near, as well shops. The city is well what I could see so. There are the commercial revenues. The reception is in the fourth floor. I assume it will come back down when the water damage is fixed. Great breakfast with everything drum and there. Respect. Similarly, for the two women at the reception who answered my question of another room sovereignly. Otherwise, her colleague who found my question unfair.

VVolkovExcelent hotel, easy to find, very quiet location. Rich breakfast, totally worth the price. I have read somewhere that the hotel does not have 24h hot water and an elevator: This is not true! Lots of parking lots in front of the hotel (outdoor parking), all of them for free.
The only thing I would like to have in the room is a kettle besides the coffee machine, since the coffee machine, where you can get the water boiled, needs to run empty several times, before the water gets cleaned.

GGuest UserWe had two double rooms that were renovated but did not show what the pictures promised. The bathroom is equipped with a quite small washing basin and overall there is a lot too little deposit possibility. The shower is also a little older. The staff is friendly, but more is not. When checking out, it wasn't asked if everything was okay - perhaps you've made bad experiences. The bar is not really invited, as it is directly in the entrance and is too light in the evening. Breakfast offers everything you need, egg food is freshly prepared - except for rhetoric. Marmelade, fruit, musli, cheese, fish, sauce, broken vegetables and also hot foods. In total, breakfast restaurant is too narrowly stolen, especially at Corona times and where a full coffee machine is happy to form waiting snacks. Maybe you should be going to two breakfast times at booked hotel. Unfortunately, here as in many other hotels, there are no baker breads (and that in Germany!). The hotel is close to the Kurpark and the city centre.
