Very polite staff. Especially at the reception. Always ready to help. Many thanks to Kristina, Yulia and Sabina. They are always very kind. Very good hotel. We stay here for the second time and plan to come again. Very good breakfasts and especially a very bright and cozy restaurant with snow-white and starched tablecloths

Als wir in dem Hotel ankamen Haben wir ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk bekommen. Schnell haben wir gemerkt, dass es dort komisch roch. Meine Freundin bekam Kopfschmerzen. Daraufhin gehen wir zurück zur Rezeption und bekam ein anderes Zimmer. Zu unserem Schock war das Zimmer in einem nicht wirklich guten Zustand. Auf dem Bett fanden sich mehrere unhygienische Spuren. Unter anderem ein brauner Streifen, der ähnlich Fäkalien aussah. Der Standort ist gut, die Therme ist angenehm, aber für mich hat dieses Hotel keine vier Sterne verdient…

Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Das Zimmer schön geräumig, das Essen sehr lecker. In Kombination mit Sauna, Therme und dem gegenüberliegenden Bäderhaus sehr schöner Wellness-Kurzurlaub.

Ein sehr schönes und nobles Hotel, wenn man bedenkt, dass es schon so viele Jahre Gäste aus aller Welt begrüßt. Man muss gelegentlich ein Auge zudrücken, was aber den Aufenthalt keinerlei mindert.
Das Ambiente, die herrliche Lage an der Nahe und die direkte Anbindung an die Therme liesen mich bereits das dritte mal in diesem Jahr dort zu Gast sein😉

In die Jahre gekommene Präsenz
Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln. Tv funktionierte nicht, Abfluss am Handwaschbecken defekt. In neuem Zimmer ,mit Upgrade umsonst, ähnlich.
Durchgelegene Matratze wurde mit einem Topper gebessert.
Tv viel zu klein mit 36 Zoll
