Wir haben uns dort immer wohlgefühlt, aber anscheinend ist das Hotel so gut gebucht, dass der einzelne Gast nicht viel zählt. Nachdem wir bei unserem 10. Aufenthalt ein Zimmer bekamen, indem ein Gast zuvor anscheinend Parfum verschüttet hatte (die Rezeptionistin hat anschließend das Zimmer besichtigt und den Geruch bestätigt), mussten wir in einem Zimmer einer höheren Kategorie schlafen, da sonst nichts mehr frei war. Am Tag der Abreise haben wir uns erlaubt nach einem Rabatt zu fragen und wurden behandelt wie ungebetene Gäste. Weder die Rezeptions- noch die Hotelchefin hat es der Mühe wert gefunden mit uns zu sprechen, uns wurde lediglich mitgeteilt, dass die beiden Damen in einem internen Meeting sind. Ja, man muss schon Prioritäten setzen und wissen was wichtig ist, der Gast, der bereits zum 10. Mal das Hotel besucht, ist es anscheinend nicht.

Seit vielen Jahren sind wir Stammgast im vitalhotel.. schön renoviert .. Kategorien Donatello sind sehr großzügig ..einziger Wermutstropfen keine Kimaanlage! Das Essen in der parktherme (Halbpension) ist fantastisch kreativ und doch österreichisch. Nachspeisen immer genau die richtige Größe für uns! Bester Schinken als Vorspeise zum selbst schneiden! Einfach gut. Und die Therme!! Man hat alles, uns geht hier das Meer nicht ab.. sogar das meerrauschen ist am Sportbecken zu hören ! Ein Urlaub wie zu Hause für uns!

Mein Partner und ich hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist perfekt, das Angebot erstklassig, und der neue Lobbybereich ist ein echter Hingucker. Das Personal ist immer freundlich, und der Check-in verlief schnell. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind ein zusätzliches Highlight.

Hotel situato di fronte al parco termale di Bad Radkersburg e collegato a quest’ultimo attraverso un tunnel che, nel periodo invernale, permette di accedere alle terme direttamente in accappatoio. Sicuramente nella bella stagione è più facile attraversare la strada all’esterno per raggiungere le piscine. Il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile e cordiale anche se con qualche piccolissima difficoltà a parlare in inglese. Le camere sono molto ampie e luminose, i terrazzìni dispongono di tavolini e sedie per godersi anche l’ultimo raggio di sole della giornata o per un dopocena intimo guardando le stelle. Il servizio colazione è tipicamente austriaco: ottima offerta di cibo dolce e salato. Durante la bella stagione è possibile fare colazione anche sui tavoli a ridosso del curatissimo giardino sul retro dell’albergo. Vengono forniti gratuitamente accappatoi e asciugamani già in stanza e un piccolo regalino se si viaggia con bambini. In caso di mezza pensione la cena può essere consumata nella struttura delle terme al ristorante a lato piscina (meno formale, si può cenare in accappatoio o costume) oppure al ristorante all’ingresso delle terme (abbigliamento normale). Una bella scoperta!
