Careful the pictures on booking site do not correspond to reality! We stayed in the annex, in the “suite” (apartment) and it was very lived, see pictures. No real shower, just a bathtub where you can’t stand in because the roof is too low. Mold on the window, no real deep cleaning or maintenance being done. The breakfast is embarrassing for German standards and the general idea is to make the most money possible I guess here. Very unfortunate, it’s beautiful area, but this place is a ripoff! All the bread was previously frozen, cheap cold cuts, moldy cheese, old cereals, not very clean. The internet wasn’t working , but nobody responsible is around. Check-in by yourself, no staff. Room cleaning during your stay doesn’t really happen, just making the bed, unbelievable. No blinds or only thin curtains for windows. Gotta queue up at the tiny breakfast buffet, or even wait for a table. The owners are just squeezing every cent of profit from this property! The only time I felt taking advantage of in this touristy area! Stay somewhere else!

Als wir ankamen und uns telefonisch an der Haustür meldeten wusste der Besitzer von nichts… Er hätte uns am Vortag erwartet - dies trotz Email Bestätigung! Geht gar nicht! Wir waren gezwungen kurzffistig eine Alternative zu finden,

Keine Rezeption zum einchecken. Für ältere Menschen ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Es hat keinen Lift und man muss das Gepäck ganz schön hoch schleppen. Die Toilette ist so niedrig. Geeignet für ein kleines Kind. Einmal sollte ein Handtuch ausgetauscht werden. Wurde nicht gemacht. Das Frühstück war okay jedoch das Rührei war grundsätzlich kalt. Bezahlen kann man nur mit Bargeld. Eine ordentliche Rechnung wie sie vorgeschrieben ist gibt es daher auch nicht. Es gibt eine handschriftliche Rechnung ohne ausgewiesene Mehrwertsteuer. Ohne Steuer nr. Ohne Unterschrift. So etwas ist unglaublich. Der Preis für ein Zimmer ist viel zu hoch. Diese Rechnung wurde unserem Steuerberater übergeben. Der wird schon das richtige veranlassen. Das Hotel ist daher nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

After a small renovation and modernization in the East, it is really very nice here! Breakfast is very appealing! Short distances to the town center and right on the lake and the promenade! look beautiful! The garden is very nice and there are enough free parking spaces

Great value for money - great breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired - nice hosts and staff who always give great hiking tips - we will definitely be back - very nice double room on the second floor with a modern bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a view - you are 5 minute walk to the lake, we didn't need our car
