Schade das das Personal im Restaurant keine Möglichkeit sah ein Blumen zu zum 60 Geburtstag auf den Tisch zu stellen.

Reichhaltiges Frühstücken mit Blick in den Garten. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Saubere Zimmer und die Rezeption ist immer besetzt und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fahrstuhl und Parkplatz vor Ort. Eingangsbereich ist offen und sauber und aufgeräumt.

Vitalhotel Ambiente is located near the railway station at Bad Wilsnack, Brandenburg. The well-designed hotel was rebuilt in 1995 and offers 58 rooms over 3 floors. Furnishings and decoration provide a nice atmosphere. The Kur Park is next door and at walking distance you find the large Bad Wilsnack Spa and graduation tower. Most guests are baby boomers seeking a cure and/or enjoying a pleasant time. Staffs are friendly. Our suite was spacious with a terrace, a good bed, adequate bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower over the bath, and a balcony with table & chairs. All was very clean. The window can be open and has a mosquito screens. Complimentary bathrobes & daily mineral water in the room. Free Wi-Fi Internet and parking. The passing trains are somewhat noisy in the night. All Covid-19 regulations are precisely followed. In July we found the sauna closed. The food in the restaurant is fine, however the menu appeared to be rather limited. Service is friendly and correct. A very good classical German buffet breakfast is served at the restaurant with ample variety: eggs made to order, cold cuts & cheese, bread and rolls, juices, cereals, fruit, milk, yoghurt, fruit juice & preserves, rolls & croissants and tea & coffees made to order. The atmosphere in Vitalhotel Ambiente is modern & comfortable and we had a nice stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 nights at the top floor facing nature from the balcony. The Hotel is located in a very convenient place surrounded with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and very near to the bus-stop, railway station and to the very famous tourist destination Therme. Room was very modern with blue and red coloring, gave enough space and the bath was very nice too. The whole Hotel included corridors smelled good. Housekeeping ladies are very friendly and helpful too. Restaurant located ground floor with the view of garden is romantic. Included breakfast buffet spread had a good number of choice and tasty. The 3 course dinner was so much delicious, specially the beetroot soup. The restaurant agents are very friendly. The hotel was having a very wonderful walking area around filled with nature and lovely flowers. And a small number of bird cages. Here lives the hero of this hotel. The parrot named Conrad. Who warmly welcomes you saying "hallo, ich bin Conrad. Hast du etwas zum Essen?” When we replied no then come a simple reply Tschüss. The front desk lady at the pointing checkin was a little rude. She can be a little more friendly. But the gentleman sitting in same place at the point of checkout was really friendly, helpful and professional. Overall the stay with was lovely. Schönes Hotel in der Nähe der Kristallterme empfing uns am Eingang mit einer nicht mehr üblichen Maskenpflicht . Wenn wir es vorher gewusst hätten , dann wären wir nicht angereist . Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet .Super das Zimmer uns stand schon eine Stunde früher zur Verfügung. Wenn man wählen kann , dann sollte es ein Zimmer zur super ruhigen Straßenseite sein, denn zur Parkseite hat man den Genuss der nur 150 m entfernten hochgeschwindigkeits ICE Strecke im 30 min. Takt . Der Parkplatz ist bei voller Belegung zu klein und man steht dann in der Pampa , dafür ist dieser kostenfrei. Wir hatten Halbpension und haben es nicht bereut . Frühstück und Abendessen als 2 Gänge Menü waren über jeden Zweifel erhaben . Qualität und Quantität vollkommen ausreichend und sehr lecker mit täglichen Gruß aus der Küche. An der modernen , aber gemütlichen Bar mit angrenzenden Kaminzimmer konnte man den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen. Die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der gesamten Mannschaft sucht ihresgleichen . Wellnesangebote konnte man an der Rezeption vorbestellen und sowie Karten für die fußläufig erreichbare Kristallterme kaufen für 10 % weniger. Uns hat es gut gefallen , 1 Punkt Abzug wegen der Maskenpflicht beim Frühstücksbuffet .

Der Ort selbst ist fast ausgestorben, ich wollte Abends Essen gehen und bin dann frustriert extra nach Perleberg gefahren, weil ich da nichts gescheites gefunden habe. Allein deswegen würde ich hier nicht mehr übernachten. Die Möblierung ist geschätzt aus den 80ern. Der Wellnessbereich war wegen Corona geschlossen, obwohl es hierfür keine gesetzlichen Auflagen / Bestimmungen mehr gab. Frühstück okay, Sauberkeit okay, Mitarbeiter nett. Lage ruhig mit einem netten Ausblick auf den Park. Der Fernseher im Zimmer ist ein Witz.
