Hijacking My Money Booked through trip.com for a 4-day stay, but my Visa got denied. I'd love to stay at the hotel so I informed the hotel almost two months in advance to negotiate the change of check-in dates. The manager first agreed to change the date of my reservation. Still, when I asked the Trip.com agent to forward my message about alternative check-in dates, the manager rejected my request and kept saying there is nothing they can do, and ended up charging me the full 700 dollars... I had no idea why the hotel was so capricious in this case, but one thing I can be sure, the hotel had no intention of helping its customer solve the problem, but only wanted to get the money

The hotel is about ten minutes away from the subway station. The room has a beautiful view, you can see the sea and the road. It is only fifteen minutes from the hotel to the beach. Barcelona is very close to the sea, so you can often go to the beach.

A hotel that discriminates against Chinese people. You can take a closer look at the precautions, which are specially marked in Chinese. And the location of the hotel is very remote, it's old and smelly. not worth it.

Interesting location, not far from the center of Badalona on foot, and good for visiting Barcelona by car or by metro (10' on foot from the hotel) and public transport.

The hotel is located 10 minutes from the Badalona metro station, you are 20 minutes from Barcelona by transport. Arriving at the hotel, we are informed that the room with sea view is no longer available at the last minute although the reservation was made more than 1 month and a half ago. The room was in a disgusting state with food crumbs everywhere near the bed, the sheets were stained, no cleaning was done.

The hotel is quite far from Barcelona, but there is a metro within a 10-minute walk, which takes you directly to the center. Near the hotel in 5-7 minutes there are many different restaurants, as well as a large grocery store. I did not like that the adjacent area was not cleaned, but the rooms themselves are comfortable. Also the price of the rooms is low. On the roof there is a chic veranda. It was very hot in the hotel itself because of the decision of the European Commission to save gas. It is advisable to leave the common area as soon as possible. Also, be careful with the elevator, it can suddenly close and not respond to obstacles in the form of a leg, trying to push it to the end.
