Great location , staff, cleanliness and breakfast. Room was an update older corner room and very good with one exception - no fridge - that my only downside of this really nice very central hotel.

Very impressed with this hotel - the staff were very welcoming, the rooms exceeded my expectations and the little touches were great It's right next to the train station - very convenient, but the area is not as pretty as the old town - but the hotel more than made up for that I'd recommend it to anyone planning to visit Baden

Stayed at this wonderful hotel in October for 3 nights and loved everything about it. We had a room that overlooked the Trafo Hallen, the room was very spacious and spotless and wasn't noisy from the road below. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated in Baden, the train and bus station are close by. Loved this hotel, so we've booked it again in March for 4 nights this time.

Super central, newt to the train station, it is clean and cute, but the hotel 2 sides are facing 2 very busy streets. I was set in a double room on 1st floor and you could hear all the buses every 5mns coming out from the central bus station. My room was nicely designed, about 25 sqm, bed was comfy, and room had a nespresso machine. On the corridor there was even a nespresso tea machine. Breakfast isn't glorious at all, the cappuccino coming from am Automated machine was not drinkable, albeit I stayed 2 nights, and had 2 Breakfast, it was the same quality (poor) and limited choice every morning. The.gym is more a closet with weights, no tread mill or any machine. For that the price was i found exorbitant, 210 chf a night, in zurich you pay less and get more, so for Baden you can definitely get better hotels for less too.

Sehr zentrale Lage: 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof und zur Altstadt Freundlicher Service. Die Standardzimmer sind klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Interessant ist die Sitzmöglichkeit im Fenster! Tolle Idee Das Restaurant bietet eine gute Speisenauswahl; Der Garten ist gemütlich Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut.

Das Hotel besteht aus einem neuen und einem alten Teil. Die schöneren und auch grösseren Zimmer sind im alten Teil. wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer als Familie am Wochenende gebucht. Leider sind jedoch diese stylischen Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse ausgerichtet. Daher ist es auch nachts laut - an ein Fenster aufzumachen ist daher nicht zu denken. Aber auch geschlossen (nur Zweifachverglasung - keine Schallschutzfenster) ist es laut. Leider hat das Hotel ein bisher unbekanntes, einzigartiges, kundenunfreundliches Frühstückskonzept: Das Angebot ist zwar gut, aber man kommt gar nicht dazu es zu geniessen, da einem der rabiate Chef persönlich um 10.00h mit Nachdruck aus dem Frühstücksraum schmeisst! Dies an einem Sonntagmorgen! Nur weil er danach den Frühstücksbrunch (für Nicht-Hotelgäste aufbauen möchte. Man ist als Hotelgast quasi Gast zweiter Klasse. Wenn man was sagt- wir waren nicht die Einzigen, die diesen ungemütlichen Start in den Sonntagmorgen monierten - raunt einem der Chef an: "Sie waren informiert!" - Ja wir waren darüber informiert, dass das Buffet um 10.00h schliesst, aber nicht darüber, dass man auch den Raum verlassen muss - einfach unglaublich so was!

Dunkles Zimmer mit vielen, kaum Licht spendenden Lampen, unbrauchbares Licht zum Schminken am Lavabo, Lavabo ohne Ablauf-Verschluss (Kontaktlinsen!), beim Zimmerreinigen wird die persönliche Ordnung durcheinandergebracht, unangenehme Gerüche, Strassenlärm ... Einzige Pluspunkte: sehr nahe am Bahnhof + guter Kaffee.

Perfectly located (5 minutes walk from the station) - young friendly staff - we had a signature room in the older building: very tastefully decorated with wooden flooring, very little noise from corridor or other guests - coffee machine in the room and coffee or tee on the floor…- very comfortable bed - very clean - nice breakfast with warm dishes and fresh fruit
