Very unorganised staff , more like govt run resort , no responsible person , check in time is 2pm but our room was not allotted upto 4:30 , food is ridiculous,

It’s a lovely location. But it’s a property which is badly managed. Worst - Food, Housekeeping, Upkeep of property. They claim to serve Punjabi - SouthIndian… but it’s good for no one. Neither it will please any south-Indian Guest nor any north-Indian family. Their bar and starters are also bad. Full of oil, double fried starters. They don’t have basic toilet papers in rooms and house-keeping never picks up call. Choice of menu items is horrible. They prepare something in breakfast and if it’s left, they make a dish out of it during lunch. Only Good - Location. It has wonderful river flowing next to it. Great Roller coaster zip line activity. Reception staff is nice.

The only good thing about this place is the location otherwise the room , services and food are terrible they don't know basic aticates to serve guests very bad place at a beautiful location... The owners should concentrate on improving the standards of this property

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The buffet was great for all three meals plus tea. There was a variety of activities with something for everyone. Very clean, very quiet. A relaxing stay.

Very good and calm location. Property is clean and neatly maintained. Staff are very good and humble. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner is ok, need to improve in veg section. Kids pool is not maintained. Good for activities and nature loving people.
Over all good, except for bit overpriced.
