Allora….non e’ possibile trovare un difetto…..e’ tutto incastrato alla perfezione …..il posto e’ meravigliosa l’albergo al di sopra delle aspettative, una camera favolosa, cibo ottimo ma soprattutto cura coccole da parte di tutti i grandi professionisti che ci lavorano dai camerieri alla reception alle inservienti. Il difetto e’ che finisce, auguro a tutti l’esperienza della piscina riscaldata esterna a - 5. Un saluto speciale ad Anastasia, che abbiamo chiamato per giorni Adriana 😂 una professionista speciale e paziente , e alla sig.ra Emilia servizio camere, bravissima. Insomma un sogno, grazie di tutto

Do yourself a favor and book this amazing property
Fantastic new property, with very interesting concept of “eat and drink” excellent choice for couples or group of friends. They have really nice spa, and the pool, the bar and restaurant are equally great (cocktail menu, wine list, as well as dinner menu).. views are fascinating, cleanliness and service are superb.

Ein Hotel mit einem sehr gehobenen Level. Angenehm, modern und auf dem neuesten Stand. Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern ist atemberaubend und es ist ein Erlebnis mit diesem Ausblick aufzuwachen. Die Wellness Anlagen sind absolut top. Wir haben es genossen.

Overall stay was amazing and the servers were great. Mikhail, Enrico, Thomas and Giuseppe were very personable & friendly. I would give this a 5th star if it wasn’t for one incident that happened. We made a dinner reservation for the fine dining restaurant the night before and decided the next morning that we wanted to eat at the casual bistro again because we wanted the same steak/cut that we had our first night on arrival. It was that delicious! Staff (front desk employee) had told us it was too late because they started preparing stuff for us already. The fine dining restaurant offered two tasting menus or the al la carte menu. We never specified what we would be choosing. I understand that sometimes extra bites/amuse are sent out from the kitchen as a welcome and thank you for dining with us approach. I work in fine dining at the Wynn hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada and would never speak to a guest the way I was spoken to about wanting to change a reservation. We could have left the hotel to spend our money elsewhere but we still decided to stay and spend 350$ on a lovely dinner. We dined at the hotel all 3 nights we stayed on property. We had many of other options in the nearby towns. Hopefully in the future when we visit again things will be a little different.

Wir waren zwar nur für eine Nacht, aber die Atmosphäre in Ihrem Haus hat uns sehr begeistert. Eine freundliche Begrüßung und ein unerwarteter leckerer Cocktail mit einem mega Ausblick auf die Dolomiten - Wellness (Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad ... vom Feinsten mit Capucchino und Apfelstrudel .. kleinen Naschereien und einem warmen Tee ... hervorragendes Abendessen für den etwas kleineren Hunger im Bistro mit erlesenem Wein (und sehr gutem Sorbet als Abschluß) - auch beim Frühstück sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter .. immer auf der Höhe des Geschehens :-) .. wir waren sehr glücklich. Herzlichen Dank dafür und weiterhin viel Erfolg, bleiben sie alle so fröhlich und gesund auch in der Zukunft. .. wir kommen wieder, und dann aber auch zum Menü ins Restaurant

L’hotel curato ad elegante. Molta attenzione alla qualità della materia prima e degli ingredienti. Non mi è mai capitato di assaggiare piatti dalla colazione, pranzo, aperitivo, cena così di alto livello. Bellissima vista sulle Dolomiti. L’hotel molto pulito
