No well maintained pool and ambience and staying too. In the pool lots of bugs and frogs are there and restroom shower are not working

the resort was good. they provided nice room with comfy beds, a balcony with a view, however bathroom water was too cholrinated.the swimming pool was superb. the water in the pool was better than the water in the room 😅.

It’s an affordable resort very peaceful place and clean swimming pool. Furniture in the rooms are not up to the mark. Bathroom is clean but not very luxurious.

As mentioned no geyser in the room. Nobody comes for cleaning rooms. Mainly no lift in the resort. No room service. Restaurant in, serves complimentary breakfast daily the same food. No change over daily. All over not satisfactory

The stay at riverside regency resort was horrible. I have to give 1 rating just because i do not have option for 0. 0 for hospitality, 0 for service, 0 for maintenance. No staff was available at any point of time to help us. The don’t even offer water for their guest. We have to purchase water for us. No geyser, no hot water, not a single appliances in room. I have asked for hot water to drink in morning and they said we do not provide hot water in room. Room was not up to the mark. They don’t even provide us blanket. Later when we asked for the same, they had given us 2 single blankets which was stinking a lot. It was the most horrible experience here!
