The Park Baga River Goa - Adults Only Property

Extremely Disappointing Stay at The Park Baga, Goa – Left After One Night I had booked a 3-night stay at The Park Baga from December 2nd to 5th, but unfortunately, I couldn’t wait to leave and checked out after just one night. The experience was nothing like what I expected from a 5-star hotel. Firstly, the service was appalling. The staff was inattentive and unhelpful, which made me feel unwelcome from the start. Requests were either ignored or delayed, and the overall attitude of the team was far from professional. The cleanliness was another major issue. The water block in the washroom was dirty, and the breakfast table was poorly maintained, with crumbs and stains visible on the surfaces. For a hotel of this supposed standard, this was completely unacceptable. I even filmed the mess to document the poor condition of the facilities, which was shocking for a 5-star property. Given how uncomfortable and disappointing my stay was, I decided to cut my visit short and booked another hotel for the remainder of my time in Goa. I would not recommend The Park Baga to anyone based on this experience. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues. I prefer never book the park Baga hotel or any other park hotel worst experience The staff does not bother if the guest checking out because of they service and unclean room

The stay was very peaceful here. Also the staff (niranjan & renuka) were very polite and they did t ye needful. The front desk staff was very helpful. Definitely must experience stay here.

Terrible Stay The Staff was Very Very Un Professional. Ideally they dont know how to run a Hotel who were the Responsible person. Wont recommend the Hotel to any one. If u get it for 3000 Rs then you can stay. Breakfast was Pathetic Person at Reception was more than pathetic.

Not worth for money u spending for one night . The hotel bedroom is badly maintained. pillow & cover , Bed sheet , quilt was LOOKING OLD & badly maintained. House keeping was done on repeated reminders . Hotel management is suggested to look into all these & improve your standard , as your tariff is INR 7000 to INR 9000 per night .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the park, baga river, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Mr. Avinash receptionist was very helpful. I had breakfast there and it was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. I highly recommend this property.

The property location is good for privacy. The amenities and services provided was good. Nice stay. We enjoyed.
