Stayed here in Dec22 with my family on a trip via Badami. My impressions: 1. Room - Massive. That's the first impression walking into the room. The room size was three time your normal hotel rooms. Very clean and it seems to have recently undergone some redesign. Nicely done. Other basic amenities were also there. Two cupboards to keep your stuff. The washroom was also quite spacious and decently done. The fittings were new. All in all a very pleasant experience. 2. Food - This is where KSTDC has to think a bit. The restaurant works on strict timings and in the evening, you cant get anything to eat or drink (not even tea). We had to go out for buying some snacks for kids. The dinner served was quick and efficient. Food tasted good. Limited local cuisine though. Didnt have breakfast as we had to leave early morning. 3. Location - quite close to the badami temples. close to the main market also. Conveniently located. 4. Overall - Had no complaints from this place. Nice large rooms more than made up for other smaller *******.
