Paid extra anointing compared to actual hotel charges. Didn’t get the extra beds for both rooms though it was charged separately. Hotel staff is not all cooperative. There is a big water leakage at room right on top of toilet.

Bedsheet and pillow cover are not up to mark, found there is a linguistic barrier at reception (if hindi/english speaking guest, it would be great if these two things can be improved. But the restaurant is amazing, food is yumm and quality is good and price as well.

I had extended my stay as its centrally located. There are no basic facilities given to you. You need to purchase since they offer tariff at basic rates. I had not opted for any room service. But has requested for hot water as its available.

Tv was not working, when asked to repair they didn't even bother and was giving excuses. No proper ventilation in rooms.

Terrible room conditions, toilets are like worst condition public toilets. Staff is rude and ignore you completely. Lots of cockroaches inside room. Please avoid this hotel. Spend your night in your car but do not opt for stay in this property.
