Staff are friendly but room not yet ready when we approach in the front desk still need to wait and follow up the availablity and we check in pass to 2pm already and need to transfer to another room because the first room they give was no telephone.

We had great stay in Baguio, the room is clean and the location is accessible to all the tourists attractions.
The breakfast is buffet and the staff are accommodating.
