i booked a week ahead and expecting that everything will go smoothly. But when i arrived at the hotel they gave me the shittiest room in 5th floor. a non working telephone, no room slippers and a non functional hair dryer. They gave me the front desk cellphone number since the room telephone is not working but nobody answers. So if i need anything i need to go down just for them to know what i need to say and what service i need from them. They did not even offered to transfer us to a different room despite all our complaints. The room is too small and there were no blankets. The front desk are not approachable but the trainees are very polite.

The location was perfect very near to all tourists spot, the room is big there is hot and cold water, tv, ac is available. But the telephone in our room is not working,breakfast is delicious traditional filipino dish buffet,. we tired also their chessy carbonara and thats perfect! Highly recommend staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is well maintained. Staff are very approachable and helpful. Will book this hotel again whenever I will come back to Baguio.

TV, Bidet, Toilet seat were broken. No slippers and toilet paper limited. Free drinking water and toiletries were OK.
Cabinets and hairdryer were the best features.

The location is very accessible as it is near the city's center. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are very polite and accommodating.

Very nice location, friendly and approachable staff. Room is ok lang. Medyo smelly yung CR kaya dapat lagi open yung exhaust para di mangamoy buong room. Need palitan ibang gamit sa room kasi mejo luma na yung iba like yung remote ng tv at AC natatanngal yung takip ng battery.Yung cabinet is mejo sira na din. Ok yung buffet breakfast nila. Pero in all goods mag stay here!

Staff are friendly but room not yet ready when we approach in the front desk still need to wait and follow up the availablity and we check in pass to 2pm already and need to transfer to another room because the first room they give was no telephone.
