YA NO ES XIOBELLA, SE LLAMA MARSAI. El peor hotel, por múltiples razones, para empezar las habitaciones estaban sucias, las toallas manchadas, baños sumamente cochinos y olían terrible. Nos hicieron cargos de consumos inventados por $42,339 pesos mexicanos. La atención del personal de recepción pésima y sumamente groseros. Le negaron el servicio de alimentos para desayuno a dos mujeres embarazadas. Tornaron un viaje de relajación a una pesadilla. Nos fuimos al día siguiente después de vivir ese mal rato y para colmo la accesibilidad era imposible dado a que no está pavimentada la calle en donde se encuentra situado, tuvimos que subir una colina con maletas y porta trajes para tomar nuestro taxi. POR FAVOR NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ. Para cerrar, ni siquiera nos hicieron el reembolso de las otras dos noches que ya habíamos liquidado. ESE HOTEL DEBERÍA DE ESTAR CLAUSURADO.

Mexico holds a special place in my heart so anything that is a hotel or Bnb in Punta Mita I always want to check out. I’m glad I came across this one on trip advisor. The rooms are so cute and any chance to take a break and go to Mexico, I’m taking it 100%

Tuve una pésima experiencia en el hotel. Desde el servicio que me hicieron cobros que nunca consumí, la limpieza de los cuartos pésimo todo lleno de suciedad, tienen una tienda en el hotel nunca la abrieron en 4 días, no dejaban ni agua en los cuartos y en ese lugar que es de difícil acceso para taxis y lejos de la tienda más cercana es lo peor. El personal del hotel con una actitud pésima. Mi esposa está embarazada y no le de daban de desayunar hasta que ellos estuvieran listos. En resumen vas a Punta Mita y esperas la mejor experiencia. Este hotel lamentablemente es lo puesto a una buena experiencia. EVITEN A TODA COSTA ESTE HOTEL. Saludos

What a beautiful place with breathtaking sunsets. We loved our stay here. Un crowded and relaxing with a beautiful pool high above the beach with nothing but ocean in front of you. The room was comfortable with a lovely oceanfront balcony. The restaurant was excellent and the staff accommodating and attentive. Our stay was very relaxing.

I cannot say a thing bad about this hotel except there was the odd wife os sewage! It is not bad at all- just every so often! Without that I would say it is 5 plus! We were only here one night but I would gladly have stayed longer! That said- I think after a few days someone could get bored— there is Netflix on the tv, the beach is sooo amazing and empty, and the gorgeous infinity pool so warm! So gauge how long that will keep U entertained! U aren’t that far from Vallarta so could do a day tour there and Sayulita and Punta De Mita are close- both worth a visit….. so it would be a perfect hotel in combination with another- say do 3 days In Vallarta snd 4 out here! The staff is lovely and lots of parking under the building! We stumped upon it and I was super happy/ beautiful roof top longe! Give it a go THO I would want to have a car! We rented one cheap and the driving is fine- we even drove downtown Vallarta! Try this place

This was an awesome place to stay while in Punta Mita. Close to Sayulita and San Pacho for our day trips. The restaurant staff were amazing and Robin/Charlie at the front desk did a great job at being hosts and providing recommendations. 10/10 for a Mexico trip and would come back again!

Great rooms all with ocean views. Alfonso at reception was extremely helpful. Restaurant on 5th floor is quite good. Pool looks out on beach just a few steps away. Great for Long morning walks. Nice that it is adults only, especially for around the pool.

Excelente recepción gracias a Alvaro y a todo el personal por su amabilidad tuvimos una gran estancia, siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades , la habitación amplia y cómoda , el restaurant con vista increíble al mar , un buen descanso fuera del bullicio .

Un pequeño hotel frente al mar con mucho encanto, todo el personal con una excelente actitud. Todas las áreas muy bien cuidadas y limpias, tienen un rooftop con una vista increíble, buena música, comida y excelentes precios. Gracias a Álvaro de recepción por todas las atenciones!
