Last year, we had an amazing experience. This year the hotel was under construction, therefore the lobby was closed and restaurants were limited. They did accommodate us to use an “outside” restaurant. We made the best of everything. Staff was still amazing. Our first room had an ant problem and I was given a can of raid the first night. After that they were good about changing our room. We booked through Costco and shame on them for not ever notifying us of the construction. I would say this is a great average hotel. Their sister property emotions is disgusting. So don’t bother. I don’t think I will be back, I think there is way better out there for your money. The one thing that does set this resort apart from others is the 2 bedrooms, which is great when you have teenagers.

The hotel is very quiet and makes you feel at home. The staff is very kind and pleasant. Always wearing face masks and keeping a safe distance The breakfast is tasty, we appreciated the fruit and the waffles wish they had some coffee or tea also in the evening. The pool area is lovely just wish the water of the pool was bit warmer. The location is very convenient in a beautiful neighbourhood with plenty of amenities within walking distance a church and very close to the airport We will gladly come back in the future. Ohh my only complaint is that they didn’t have more soap we used the one they gave us when we arrived and the they didn’t have anymore in the hotel 🥴

Looking to travel with family? Highly recommended! This is a luxury hotel with a ”boutique” vibe and Excellent service. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in PV (have stayed in Sheraton, Westin). The pool is well-maintained, the kids playroom is awesome (Thank you Bibiana!). The property is very modern, very well maintained, though rooms are a bit small. We stayed at the Marriott in Cancun as well, similar experience. Best budget luxury resort in PV.

The room was clean, check in clerk was friendly and the breakfast was not bad at all. Those are the positives. For the not-so-positive: I didn't get the room that I reserved despite booking directly from my IHG account but it was late for my arrival and with it being just one night, I didn't bother to see if my room type was there. There were no face cloths in the bathroom so that was a bit of a surprise. When I showered the next morning the water only got to a lukewarm temperature and that took about five minutes. My biggest concern, hence the title, was on check-out. The check out agent told me that the gentleman from the night before only charged me 180 pesos to my credit card where it should have been 1800. Thankfully, I keep every receipt and told her, ”you are incorrect and I just happen to have the receipt of what was billed to my credit card; let me show you”. Not only was I billed correctly, but it was 1863 pesos. It bothered me that a) if I didn't have this receipt, I would have had to pay again and then dispute the charge later with the credit card company and b) that there was such incompetence that one staff member was calling into question the working ability of the other. The gentlemen that checked me in billed me properly so I am not sure how their internal communication and record keeping got so screwed up. Needless to say, that left a bad taste in my mouth and made this hotel appear to be unprofessional and subject perhaps to scamming people which is not a good impression for a guest to leave with. Further, when the check-out agent was shown the evidence, she didn't even apologize but rather abruptly stated that she wanted to make a copy. I obliged but not after taking a pic in case somehow it was dropped and not returned. Regardless, though close to the airport, I would not stay here again but instead another in the area which I have done before.

Location is key as it is the only hotel on the much desired Marina with yachts and boardwalk filled with shops, bars and restaurants It is an older hotel which means rooms are huge and all have balconies. Very clean and staff was very attentive. I opted out of the all inclusive plan. Highly recommend and there is public ocean beach access nearby.

This is an affordable all-inclusive place to stay with a nice beach for swimming and sitting on the sand. There isn't much shade but you can rent a beach umbrella and chairs. The lobby and buffet are open air so it can get really hot during the warmer months. The food was safe, but unremarkable. There was a good variety of choices everyday and each night at the buffet had a theme, such as Mexican, Seafood night and BBQ to name three. We were there at the beginning of October and the weather was still quite hot and the Air Conditioning in the inside restaurants was not quite strong enough to cool the place down, but the servers were excellent. I was worried before arriving that the hotel would be noisy at night, but they have a night club for the resort across the street for all of the late night partiers making the hotel a quiet place to rest and sleep. However, one of the elevators must have been over something very stinky because most of the time, there was a smell of sewer for a lot of our rides. It was the elevator that was for the rooms on the beach front side of the hotel that went up to the 7th floor. The other elevator in that section only went up to the 6th floor. The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. We were on a top floor with roof exposure so our room was never able to cool down below 77 degrees despite the hotel's efforts to fix the AC so I had difficulty sleeping. I understand the lower rooms were nice and cool for sleeping. The maid did a great job keeping our room clean! This is a great place to stay for those who like a busy active beach area. It is centrally located which makes it easy to go into town or access tours. The hotel staff was great. If you want a more relaxing, quieter beach and pool, you will probably need to go elsewhere.

We where there last week. And we loved it! Incredibly clean, buffet is small (It is a small hotel!) but everything was good and fresh, snack bar as well. Ask for any drink, they can make it. Service at the pool was awesome. It is a family resort, so there is a lot of kids, but how nice all those Mexican people was. Ther wasn't any animation, and by 10:00 pm, it get's really quiet, so if you want to party, you have to go out downtown. Of course, you are going to spend some money, but we also do when we are going out downtown Montreal!. The only thing 1 did not like is the beach, not because it's not nice, but the waves in the sea where incredibly strong, which was not fun at all, at least for me that could not stand up and had a couple of shooters of salted water! I would strongly suggest that they put an outdoor shower at the beach so people can refresh while on the beach, since it is so hard to go into the ocean. Is it a good idea M. Danny, manager? Lol. I will definitely go back. Soon i hope! A huge thanks to Hugo, Danel, Eric, David, Eanu and some others that i forgot the name at the pool. A huge thanks for our maid who did a great job in our room. A huge thanks to Hector, Alfredo at the a la carte restaurant, the young tall handsome waiter which looks a little Vietnamese with is slanted eyes at the buffet, unfortunately forgot is name, and to all the people at the buffet for their incredible and friendly service. The beach is amazing at this locations. Staff are fantastic and 100% made our stay. We would book again with the hopes the staff would still be there. They truly go above and beyond. There was always room around the pool. It's a smaller resort but was exactly what we were hoping for. They truly made us feels special.

The hotel is very close to the airport, it should be complete, the food and entertainment is complete, and the customer meets at the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel does not include breakfast and wifi. If it is all-inclusive, it will be perfect.
