This is a brand-new hotel that truly lives up to the Hyatt name. The breakfast is fantastic, and its location is great with plenty of restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Halong.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the night market and the pier. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very warm and friendly. The room had a modern, minimalist design, was spacious and clean, and completely odor-free. The bed was just the right firmness, incredibly comfortable, and after a full day of exploring, I slept like a baby. The sea-view balcony offered an amazing view directly overlooking Ha Long Bay. Watching the night view from the room in the evening and waking up to the morning sun was incredibly relaxing. The freshly made beef pho for breakfast had a delicious broth, and with a hot coffee, it was the perfect start to the day. Overall, it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Great location and excellent service! The hotel is conveniently located near many famous local restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Each floor requires keycard access, offering great privacy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Ha Long Bay!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a relaxing stay. I had dinner at the restaurant on the second floor and didn't go out. I wish the pool was open a little later. It was convenient to have snacks and drinks available for purchase on the first floor. The breakfast had a great variety, and the pho was delicious.
