Chambre exiguë Inacceptable vieillotte Des fils partout ,sale Pas de possibilité de mettre une trousse de toilette Vous dormez dans la cuisine ! Passage de la femme de ménage : mettre des serviettes, lits non faits Pb signalé non résolu À l accueil , vous avez des belles photos de chambre : c est du vent Dommage car si les chambres étaient rénovées et surtout bien entretenues ce serait un bel endroit

Je suis parti souper avec des amis et c’était excellent, le dessert citron était excellente le trompe l’œil digne d’excellence je recommande vivement cette endroit avec une superbe vue on s’y sens vraiment alaise je reviendrai plus souvent !!!

This hotel is newly renovated. We had a really nice room with a great view on the river. The staff was nice. Great value for the price and if you are skiing, you get a 25% discount when you present your tickets. The restaurant has some local food, there’s a really nice view when you sit in the main area. Overall great choice for a stay it’s quiet and it’s a little bit out-of-the-way but very beautiful.

Parfum d'aromathérapie étouffant imprégné dans les rideaux. Reste même en ouvrant complètement la fenêtre. Réponse de la réception le soir même : débranchez la lampe d'aromathérapie. Ça ne change rien! Réponse à notre demande de remboursement: refus de rembourser, c'est la mode !!!

We didn't mind that the hotel was away from the "action," but it wasn't very clean. And the emphasis of the hotel decor seemed to be on Instagram instead of on guests' needs (no towel rack, weird placement of toilet paper roll, no shelves/counters in bathroom). The hotel has 3 separate buildings, one of which is the cute 2-story Victorian-looking building. Guest rooms aren't there! We were in one of the other 2 non-descript 1950's looking buildings and the bathrooms need some serious renovating. And the entire room needed to be much cleaner (cobwebs, dead flies, dust bunnies, dirty bathroom fixtures.) Next trip to Baie St Paul, we will spend more money and stay somewhere nicer.

J' ai beaucoup aimé cet endroit....très propre et le lit confortable....magnifique vue également.... endroit chaleureux....et le personnel très courtois également.... Belle terrasse sur le côté, fauteuils confortables sur le devant...je recommande cet endroit....bravo aux propriétaires et leur personnel également

Pourrait beaucoup mieux faire Chambre correcte avec frigidaire vide et bruyant pour un prix de 200$ canadien Restaurant très moyen faute de personnel. Le choix proposé lors de la réservation avait diminué lors du diner

We had a terrible experience. When we opened the bed to put our kids to sleep, the sheets had obviously not been changed. The bottom sheet and mattress cover were wrinkleg together to the point where we could see the shape of the previous guest. We went to the reception and we changed the beds ourselves. The bathroom smelled of urine and the floor was sticky. The table lamps were covered in week old dust. We asked for the room to be fully cleaned the next day but they did not do it.

Terrase tres agreable avec un bon menu. Tout est excellent. La vue est magnifique. Bon choix de vins. J y ai passe pour manger et prendre un verre et jai decide dy passer la nuit. Ma chambre etait tres belle, un gros bain sur pied, matelas franchement confortable. Jai adoré. Pas donne mais vraimebt bien.
