There is no reception. No service, just a room in a soulless space. I stayed for four nights and never once was there someone with fresh towels, sheets, etc. The hallways were dark and dreary. Everything outside the rooms themselves looked neglected. The room itself was nice. Good bed and clean enough. My advice, stay somewhere else as this is not really a hotel but just a bed.

FUIR !! Aucun service ! Aucun petit déjeuner ! Aucun ménage! Aucun produit de toilette ! AUCUNE RÉPONSE À NOS APPELS Hôtel abandonné !!!!!!!! Nous sommes restés 2 nuits ,n.avons jamais vu personne ! et nous sommes débrouillés pour trouver du savon et du shampoing dans une pièce au fond du couloir !!! LAMENTABLE *

Hôtel fantôme, sordide, sale, sans aucun service ni personnel. Joints de la sdb cradingues, rideaux bancales, pas de gel douche mais 3 après shampooings , Tv HS… Pas de service de petits déjeuners. Message laissé à la réception (car pas de personnel), jamais répondu. À fuir.

I made a reservation with this hotel in July, and received confirmation at that time. However, I never got to experience it as they did not send me check-in instructions, there was no one at reception when we arrived, and when we called the phone number on the notice on the locked door, all we got was voice mail. Despite my call, efforts of the booking company to reach them on our behalf, and a follow-up email to them, there was never any response.

Arrivée autonome, Dédale interminable de couloirs et d’escaliers pour atteindre suite 4. , design mais manque de chaleur du gris du noir et une porte fenêtre condamnée qui donne sur une terrasse en état déplorable. Déprimant . À éviter absolument, . L’environnement de l’hôtel n’est pas du tout entretenu !

Awful service. Do not go there ! Beds were not done for all stay. Cleaning is awful (carpets are dirty, shower is dirty, etc.). A client before us reported issues in our room on Google reviews. Upon arrival, same issues had been left unaddressed. One of our room key card was not functioning. We were told we would get a new one. We never had it. In a nutshell, despite this had been a great place in the past, since the new owners took over, it's a disgrace and a place to avoid. So many other nice spots to stay in Baie St-Paul, for your own sake, avoid the Maison Otis.

Beware! This is not a full-service boutique hotel as some of the websites suggest. They no longer have breakfast or any other food options. In fact, there seems to be no one on site to greet you. You simply get a code, pick up your key and stay. The room itself was comfortable, but our booking had stated a breakfast was included, so we were disappointed. The room was clean, but some of the common areas seemed a bit neglected. We left thinking this was once a great hotel but was going downhill.

Deuxième expérience à la Maison Otis. Notre première expérience il y a quelques années avait été très bien. Cette fois, grande déception ! Leur nouveau format « accueil autonome » est tout à fait dysfonctionnel ! Nous avions reçu des instructions claires avec une heure d’arrivée à 15h00. Cependant, aucun clé de chambre disponible à 15h00. Nous avons contacté le « téléphone d’urgence », mais aucun réponse après 3 appels. Nous avons laissé un message à « Simon » de la ligne d’urgence mais aucun retour d’appel (il semble que ce soit le directeur, hors toujours aucun retour d’appel à ce jour). Lorsque nous avons finalement réussi à parler à quelqu’un, la dame nous avise que l’arrivée est seulement à 16h00. Elle admet l’erreur dans le courriel, mais ne semble pas s’en soucier. Elle me dit qu’il est « impossible que les chambres soient prêtes pour 15h00 ». Nous lui expliquons que le courriel était très clair, et qu’il aurait été simple de nous aviser par courriel du changement d’heure pour que nous nous organisions en conséquence. Nous étions plein de clients devant la porte à attendre nos clés, nous avions tous reçu le même courriel. Bref, système d’arrivée autonome complément nul et très désagréable ! Et numéro d’urgence sans réponse ni retour d’appel ! Tout ça pour plus de 300$ la nuit !!! Malheureusement, j’ai recommandé cet hôtel par le passé, mais maintenant je vous conseille de passer à un autre appel !

We recently spent a week at this property and, despite many advantages, left feeling that we were victims of false advertising. Here are the details. The property is advised as a hotel with included breakfast. NONE is available. Worse, there's no staff at all. You check in through a provided door code. All attempts to contact staff by phone or e-mail failed. No response whatsoever. We couldn't even find the check-out time! There are nevertheless many advantages. The location is perfect. Steps away from many restaurants, shops and art galaxies. Our studio had a nice, well-stocked kitchen. The room was large yet rather dark. AC didn't work that well. The room was located next to a restaurant, yet it was quiet. The stairs were very steep. No option to refresh towels or bed linens.
