Superb 5 star spa hotel set in a beautiful part of the Black Forest. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The changing set menu in the restaurant every evening offered great choice. The food at all times, including the buffet lunch, was excellent. The entire resort was clean and well maintained. There was a large range of options in the spa, including multiple hammams, saunas and pools. The ONLY negative was that the spa staff seemed less friendly and a bit slow to provide fresh plastic cups for drinking water. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Everything was amazing the views the people everything, the food, the facilities. The only thing we didn’t like is during the summer is too hot and it didn’t have air conditioning. Buy everything else was amai.

Cet hôtel situé en forêt noire est juste exceptionnel. L’hôtel est composé de plusieurs bâtiments, tous reliés les uns aux autres. Nous logions dans la maison principale où se trouvent le bar, les salles de restaurant. L’accueil a été très chaleureux, tous le personnel durant notre séjour s’est montré discret, souriant et très agréable. À notre arrivée à 12h30, nous avons déjà pu obtenir notre chambre prévue à 15h initialement. Le lunch de midi est compris dans le tarif ainsi que l’accès au SPA dès 11h. Le lunch de midi est composé d’un buffet de salades variées, de plats chauds et de desserts. Les boissons telles que l’eau et les jus sont compris. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel : fruits, céréales, plusieurs sortes de pains, viennoiseries, boissons, une cuisinier pour des œufs, boissons fraîches, crémant, et j’en passe. Service à table de notre boisson chaude. Toujours avec un service irréprochable. Notre chambre faisait partie des dernières rénovées. Spacieuse, bien équipée, très bonne literie, mini bar. Le SPA : Il y a accès pour tous à 2 piscines dont une avec une partie extérieure. Le soleil étant au rendez-vous, nous avons pu profiter des transats extérieurs et d’une belle vue sur la montagne. L’espace wellness est réservé aux adultes avec plusieurs sauna, une piscine de sel, des espaces de repos. À l’extérieur la piscine naturelle est très jolie, un peu fraîche en cette saison mais utilisable tout de même. À l’extérieur vous trouverez aussi 2 maisons avec sauna ainsi qu’une salle de sport. Rien à redire. Je recommande vraiment.

Hôtel incroyable ! L'ensemble de la prestation est à saluer. L'hôtel est très beau bien que des travaux soient présents mais ne gênent pas les clients. Le restaurant est très bon avec du personnel au petit soin pour vous, le spa est immense et est un vrai délice avec nombre de hammams, jacuzzis, saunas, ainsi que deux piscines. Le personnel est très compétent, et s'adapte à vos demandes. Si vous recherchez un moment de détente en famille ou en couple et que vous aimez le spa, je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel. Vous trouverez a coup sûr votre bonheur.
