Beautiful surroundings and bobsleigh. Decent accommodation if you don’t mind the noise of parties and road traffic. Low quality of food that has nothing to do with local cuisine. Poor restaurant service. So disappointing when you expect to eat goulash. They’ve managed to ruin sarmale, too.

Poor variety of food, not healthy, with oil, fat at breakfast and also at dinner. Not friendly accomodation from hotel to spa distance point of view, from the hotel you have to walk to the spa outside and you have to carry the wardrobes and all that you need with You and it impacts the experience. The bed mattrices are very hard also.

Food is always good and prices are decent. There is a big variety of foods and drinks and you can take a walk in the surrounding area. They are building a bob track, so that will be fun for sure. And the area is beautiful, so also a great place to spend couple of days and relax

On the weekend I went to this resort with my family ... I said go for relaxation and fresh air. Once we got to the hotel or the restaurant, we were delighted, but once we spent a few hours there, we came across the following: the water in the pool was very cold, you had to pay for towels and sunbeds (in addition to the relatively high price of accommodation ... it seems inadmissible to me), the bathrooms in the pool were full of spiders and not only, the beds in the room were very hard and full of 'pits' (you could almost imagine sleeping on the ridge of the house), in the room was very cold, all the smoke from the 'heating' of the pool water with wood that enters the room both during the day and at night, and the shower gel was missing ... a minus dressing gown and apricot kernels near / after the bed ... and nice staff, but we have a problem ... how is it possible that being in Romania, there is only one person who speaks Romanian, and the rest to translate the command on google translate / not answer you because I only speak Hungarian ?! !!! I really wanted this holiday with my family, and thanks to the company I felt ok, but the prices vs. services leave much to be desired ...

A long waited vacation turned into a bad disappointment. Client treatment is differentiated based on what language you are speaking. Cafetria was overcrowded, open buffet was consumed fast and if you are not there when they brng the food, chances are to stay hungry or eat leftovers. Premium rooms are smelling like a canal ans third bad is improvised in a drawer of the kings size bed. No room.cleaning or towel change over 3 days...Moreover, a special guy called mr Boti managed to ruin completely my stay and the owner/manager of the complex is a total disappointment for how he is responding to customer complaints! Big shame and big disappointment.

We have been eating in this restaurant at least twice a year in the last 4-5 years. Food is decent but service was always horrible. Rude and unprofessional waiters who forget multiple times to bring something you ordered. They never smile and they are never friendly. It’s a shame because location is great and food is also a good middle standard. Hope some training can be done with the employees, otherwise everything can be wonderful if the service ruins your day.
