I have stayed at the Wyndham Baise Resort a few times during the past couple of years. This past week I stayed two nights with friends to celebrate my birthday. The hotel staff delivered a cake and card to my room, which was a sweet surprise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always someone available who can speak English if you need it. We enjoy eating at the restaurant on the first floor which has a variety of good food to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a pool and a sauna that we use every time we go. I love the view of the city and river from the window. A mall and some restaurants are in walking distance.

Not bad, after all, it is also one of the best hotels in this city. I don't like the place to live too lively. The front of the hotel is the Garden Expo Park, so it is very quiet, and it is only a six-minute drive from the downtown area. It is convenient and not noisy. Hardware, breakfast is OK. But that is the service understandable. Two questions, first, I stayed for two nights, and paid 40 parking fees before and after driving out in the middle. On the last morning, I went out to eat a local powder. When I came back to check out, I told me that the parking fee can be free of parking fees. 😅, you said that I won’t drive that car in the morning. I paid 20 extra parking fees. And your afternoon tea, don't send it if you don't want to do it, cancel it, I don't really want to eat it, 16:30 is very late, what is inconvenient for you? 多次入住了，體驗感很棒，走得匆忙房間遺留了物品，前台姐姐主動及時打電話聯繫我，我就下樓吃一個早餐，樓層服務員就幫我疊好了衣服，晚上還有免費贈送的湯圓味道不錯，很暖心，房間熱水温度合適，洗澡特別舒服，網速也很快連接順暢，房間小冰箱的東西都是免費的，小孩特別喜歡，酒店大廳裝修好漂亮，適合拍照打卡，酒店環境安靜，綠植很多花兒好美，大廳有股淡淡的清香，酒店早餐特別好吃，不吃不餐夢之源的早餐，就相當於沒來過百色。

The room was upgraded, but I think it was a room with broken equipment. The air conditioner was always at 23 degrees, and I woke up several times in one night due to the heat. I couldn't help but report it to the lobby manager at 1 a.m. During breakfast, colleagues on different floors had the same problem. Another lobby manager was short of staff and unfamiliar with the system operation. When I was standing and waiting, someone cut in line. When I opened the invoice, they said the system crashed. In short, a group of unprofessional people are running a four-star hotel.

The central city area, the front desk staff has a very good attitude 👍, the hotel facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean, the environment is prosperous and clean, and the price is reasonable. I will choose it again next time I go to Baise.
