設施：馬桶堵塞，地磚塌陷，窗簾拉到左邊右邊露着，拉到右邊中間露着
衞生：床單血漬，圖二，讓打掃衞生的大姐換新的，大姐可能當面把被芯放到地上。
環境：附近吃飯很方便
服務：體驗極差，主要原因在於工作人員代麗萍。代麗萍在服務過程中，完全背離了服務行業應有的職業素養和道德規範。她竟然公然辱罵顧客，這種行為令人震驚和憤慨。顧客選擇消費，本應得到尊重與良好的服務，而代麗萍的舉動無疑是對顧客權益的嚴重侵犯。這一事件充分反映出代麗萍個人素質的低下以及對工作的不負責。希望相關單位能夠嚴肅對待此事，同時加強員工培訓，提升整體服務質量，避免類似事件再次發生

先説優點，服務態度比較好，傍車方便，位置也比較好，離市中心步行1-2公里就到了。缺點是設施陳舊，我住的房間牆上都掉皮，馬桶圈馬上就掉下來了，地磚都壞了，踩上去直響，窗户不隔音，外面人説話聲音都聽的很清楚，床墊很薄，像直接躺在席夢思墊上一樣，很不舒服。希望改進。
