I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. There are not many types of breakfast food, but the taste is good. The lady who cleaned the room for us was very nice and worked efficiently. The hotel has a beautiful environment, with an open forest view outside the window, and a small ski resort not far away. It is very convenient for children to learn skiing in winter; the accommodation is very hygienic, and the room aunt will carefully observe the use of room items every day and replenish them in place; the all-inclusive mode does not worry about being hungry when you want to eat, the main meal is delicious, and the choice is relatively rich; the hotel in Changbai Mountain also has hot springs, many indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, good environment, children have fun, adults also relax, and it is open to guests staying in the hotel for free; in addition, another special thing for me on this trip is the club activities in the evening. It's a one-bedroom and one-living room room, but there is only one bathroom. It's a bit troublesome to take a shower with many people. One person has to wait for 20 minutes before the next person can take a shower. The overall hygiene is good, and the details cannot be investigated (there are melon seed shells from the previous or previous guest under the kang mat?), the location is a bit far from Luneng Town, you can't walk there, you can only wait for the shuttle bus, you can't get a taxi at the door, and Luneng takes a taxi back to the hotel for 20. I like cleanliness when staying in hotels. We went out to play and came in to clean up in the middle. We were surprised to find that the clothes were neatly folded. The most noteworthy thing is that there is a washing machine where you can put the clothes in to wash them if they are dirty. The hotel gave us a lot of things to play, but we couldn't get enough of them. We mainly skied, and the hotel's ski resort is very suitable for novices. You need to get a snow pass first. You need to rent gloves and glasses for 20 yuan, and you also need to rent clothes. Skateboards, shoes, and helmets are free. The overall experience is very good, the environment is beautiful, and there are many recreational activities in the hotel. I will stay in the hotel next time just for skiing!
