The room decoration is relatively new, so it is still very clean. The empty call is very small, it feels like the smallest room I have ever lived in, it will feel a bit depressed. The facilities are very simple. No elevator! No elevator!

BBritoCheryl was the most wonderful helpful staff , she helped me when Ctrip confused my stay and made a reservation for February instead of January 2021, she gave me a room (10 am）to rest after a long journey , then when the room was ready (2 pm) she called me to change to a bigger nicer room than the one I first booked. Then she patiently helped me to organize my day and gave me ideas. I had another problem , when I went skating I did not return my helmet ( as I was him going to use it the next day and the staff at the ski center said I could keep it ) , according to the hotel regulation you must pay 2000 deposit for them to give you the skiing card . So the next day they wanted 2000 yuan more since in the system I hadn’t returned all the equipments in time , she solved it patiently talking to the person in charge of it and explained that I shouldn’t be requested to pay again if I already paid the day before and I was going skiing today as well. She made of my stay a wonderful stay, solved each and everyone of my troubles ! ! Thank you Cheryl !
Regarding the hotel , the hotel is clean and spacious , the room includes a one entrance ticket to the water park and one entrance ticket to the hot spring and one entrance ticket to the infamous Wanda ski resort! The resort is fabulous !
The breakfast was yummy, ate a lot and the staff at the restaurant is diligent , very warm , and helpful .
I would definitely stay here next year!!! I’m so so so happy!

GGuest UserI chose to stay at Wanda Smart Choice when traveling with my mother, especially the two beauties Zhang Xiaoyan and Zhang Yan when dining in the restaurant. They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. Considering my mother's high blood sugar, Those who could not be eaten were specially told not to put them away, and the cucumbers and fruits were washed and given to us, so that we could feel the warmth of home. Thank you Zhixuan family, I wish you all the best.

AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.

PpwinninTraveling with my mother, it's a pity that many benefits in the package were not used. The hotel is very large, and there are new discoveries every day. The bedding is very good. I almost fell asleep during the few days I stayed there. The hygiene is consistent with Hyatt. There are not many types of breakfast. I prefer freshly baked biscuits and noodles. The rest of the products are just right. There are no special surprises. The Korean food is very good. The brothers are super handsome. They grilled and introduced the dishes to us throughout the whole process, satisfying the curiosity of foodies! However, the hotel's road signs need to be improved. Such a large hotel is like a treasure hunt for an old man who is almost 70 years old. I have to ask for directions along the way. The hotel's road signs point to the wrong direction and disappear at the next intersection. It is obviously a fork of the road, but suddenly there is no place to point to. It is confusing.

GGuest UserWonderful ! 2nd time in Changbaishan, west area, 2nd time stayed in Pullman Resort. This is a gem of a place:
- amazing location (close to the airport, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan, surrounded by nature, super quiet);
- super friendly staff (they really go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible);
- free airport shuttle service;
- amazing food (dinners, delicious and varied breakfast)
- awesome amenities: indoor swimming pool, ping-pong, snooker, gym, majong, SPA, deer you can interact with, etc.
- they also had a healthcare team to go to the hotel, every 3 days in the morning to make the necessary covid tests.
All in all, a magnificent experience. To go back if have the chance to go to Changbaishan again.

GGuest UserResort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat.
Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Wanda Sheraton from 1/2 to 1/4. I wasn’t looking forward to it because I didn’t book a garden view room. But unexpectedly, the mountain view room was also very good. Moreover, I didn’t expect the Sheraton’s hardware facilities to be very good. I stayed there for two nights. I feel very good and will stay here next time. Special thanks to Xiao Hui from the concierge. The service was very considerate and the guy was very kind. I was very satisfied with the driver and attractions he introduced. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip. 😃

The proprietress is also generous and neat, and the house is decorated with taste, showing the dual pursuit of hygiene and accommodation! The only thing is that people with a height of 183 cm need to blow their heads to wash in the toilet, but there is enough hot water, which is very suitable for babies to warm up, and the height problem is not a big deal. Eekaterina.lMe and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night.
Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.
