The front desk sister service is warm and welcoming every time I come, there is a supermarket in the city center and a food city. The only downside is that there is no kapi. If there is a kapi in the pocket, it is more convenient.

The address for the exam is very close to the 16th Middle School. I have set the underground bed room. Although it is cold, the room is super warm and you can wear very thin clothes to sleep. There are delicious spicy hot and convenient small supermarkets nearby (the spicy hot shop is delicious). There is also a printing agency next to the hotel. Printing materials into the exam room can be printed early. The people in the hotel are really good ～ The photos are not taken, so they won’t put them up. The indoor environment is OK. Those who have come to take the 16th Middle School exam can refer to this one.

位置挺好找，周圍停車也挺方便的。房間很好，乾淨衞生，有智能管家，電視特別大，還可以投屏，看着感覺很好。洗澡水也合適舒服。一樓前台戴眼鏡的小姐姐服務很好，辦理入住手續便捷，一層還有一個小賣部。早餐是在三層吃的，種類豐富，現做的有煎蛋，麪條，感覺很不錯。臨走還給了温乎的礦泉水，非常貼心。

BBritoCheryl was the most wonderful helpful staff , she helped me when Ctrip confused my stay and made a reservation for February instead of January 2021, she gave me a room (10 am）to rest after a long journey , then when the room was ready (2 pm) she called me to change to a bigger nicer room than the one I first booked. Then she patiently helped me to organize my day and gave me ideas. I had another problem , when I went skating I did not return my helmet ( as I was him going to use it the next day and the staff at the ski center said I could keep it ) , according to the hotel regulation you must pay 2000 deposit for them to give you the skiing card . So the next day they wanted 2000 yuan more since in the system I hadn’t returned all the equipments in time , she solved it patiently talking to the person in charge of it and explained that I shouldn’t be requested to pay again if I already paid the day before and I was going skiing today as well. She made of my stay a wonderful stay, solved each and everyone of my troubles ! ! Thank you Cheryl !
Regarding the hotel , the hotel is clean and spacious , the room includes a one entrance ticket to the water park and one entrance ticket to the hot spring and one entrance ticket to the infamous Wanda ski resort! The resort is fabulous !
The breakfast was yummy, ate a lot and the staff at the restaurant is diligent , very warm , and helpful .
I would definitely stay here next year!!! I’m so so so happy!

AAdrian 阿德The Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm.
Things I specially liked:
- Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China.
- Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap.
- There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor.
- I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport.
We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm.
I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.

GGuest UserI chose to stay at Wanda Smart Choice when traveling with my mother, especially the two beauties Zhang Xiaoyan and Zhang Yan when dining in the restaurant. They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. Considering my mother's high blood sugar, Those who could not be eaten were specially told not to put them away, and the cucumbers and fruits were washed and given to us, so that we could feel the warmth of home. Thank you Zhixuan family, I wish you all the best.

At first, I thought that this brand was positioned higher than Novotel and second only to Pullman. However, after staying here, I felt that it was lower than Novotel and about the same level as Hilton Garden.

This time I stayed in a king-size suite, which is nominally 65 square meters, but it actually feels a little more spacious. The living room has a four-person dining table, a bar, and a 5-person sofa combination. It looks very spacious, not inferior to some 90-square-meter suites, but the materials are not up to standard. This dining table feels light enough to be lifted with one hand, and it moves a long way with a slight push.

The bar has a sink but no kitchenware. There are 6 tea bags from Dilmurat, instant coffee from G7, and three bottles of soft drinks in the small refrigerator for free. The drinking water is Quanyangquan, which is very good. It was a bit unexpected that they also gave welcome fruits.

The room service is fast, the room cleaning is also very professional, and they are not stingy when asking for water. They directly bring 6 bottles when they ask for 4 bottles. Although the room is relatively simple, there are no hygiene problems.

PpwinninTraveling with my mother, it's a pity that many benefits in the package were not used. The hotel is very large, and there are new discoveries every day. The bedding is very good. I almost fell asleep during the few days I stayed there. The hygiene is consistent with Hyatt. There are not many types of breakfast. I prefer freshly baked biscuits and noodles. The rest of the products are just right. There are no special surprises. The Korean food is very good. The brothers are super handsome. They grilled and introduced the dishes to us throughout the whole process, satisfying the curiosity of foodies! However, the hotel's road signs need to be improved. Such a large hotel is like a treasure hunt for an old man who is almost 70 years old. I have to ask for directions along the way. The hotel's road signs point to the wrong direction and disappear at the next intersection. It is obviously a fork of the road, but suddenly there is no place to point to. It is confusing.

Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat.
Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Wanda Sheraton from 1/2 to 1/4. I wasn’t looking forward to it because I didn’t book a garden view room. But unexpectedly, the mountain view room was also very good. Moreover, I didn’t expect the Sheraton’s hardware facilities to be very good. I stayed there for two nights. I feel very good and will stay here next time. Special thanks to Xiao Hui from the concierge. The service was very considerate and the guy was very kind. I was very satisfied with the driver and attractions he introduced. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip. 😃

Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together

Eekaterina.lMe and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night.
Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.
