Worst hotel, worst service, worst behaviour and extremely expensive food items. Hotel not maintained properly. Rooms are not up to the mark. Had a pathetic experience during stay. Room service also not up to the mark. Simply not acceptable from such expensive hotel

Within budget Service is good Behaviors of staff especially the manager are awesome Quality of food is also good Rooms are excellent Views from the sea facing rooms are excellent Swimming pool of the hotel enhance the level of enjoyment

The Hotel Guys are totally worst and scammers.. I booked 2 Rooms, and advanced 1k, Due to some reason i cancelled the booking two days prior. But after that they didn't send back my money even not picked my phone / not replied on chat.. please be aware of this hotel & Don't provide advance like that. If you can report, then do.

Hotel Icon Heritage (Address : Mouza Laxmipur, Amrabati, P.O- Frazerganj coastal South 24 Parganas, Bakkhali) a) STAFF behaviour was worse. By evening most of ICON hotel gets drunk and they misbehave with customers.. very UNSAFE b) Strongly not recommended for Family, especially female member accompany (we went 10-family members including kids) c) On complain hotel STAFF threaten us to do whatever action we want and they don’t care they have support of Local politicians. d) I have uploaded video where drunken Staff member dancing on 31st’Dec’22 and misbehaving with us. e) Room Cost should not be more than Rs.1,200/- w.r.t to kind of service. Gyser not working f) These peoples dangerous please avoid coming to this resort they are uncultured and dangerous. Else you will regret.

Good property. Behaviour also good specially Mr. Sandip (Manager). Only downside is food delivery is slow. Otherwise it was a good stay there. Pool was there and was clean too. We were allowed to spend a little more time there.

Location is great. Spacious rooms including all modern amenities. Food is really superb. Well maintained swimming pool. Kindly avoid Mr. Avijit Mondal ( very rude behavior & he doesn't know how to deal with the guests ). Strongly recommended.

Overpriced rooms , unprofessional attitude ( asking to check out at 1030hrs when official check out time is 1100hrs), complimentary breakfast is almost an apology. With such high room pricing in a place like Bakkhali they have to pull up their socks in all aspects to justify the price. Food is also expensive. None of the AC Remotes ( provided only after several reminders) function as one finds similar condition irrespective of the temperature being set at 20 or 30. Overall unfriendliness doesn't leave a lasting impression of the property.
