Diamond Hotel baku is amazing. The hotel staff is helpful and even guided for nearby restaurants especially when we reached late to the hotel and everything was shut. Hotel has a jacuzzi, steam and sauna which was almost relaxing. Overall a comfortable and lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast is fine. I don’t have any words to say. But, other services are very bad, they didn’t even bring towels, despite asking several times. And they didn’t even have parking places. You need to give extra fee for your car for parking place. Oh my Gad it’s so annoying

Not ready to check us in on arrival, we stayed 2 nights instead of the 3 we paid for; although I spoke with 3 different staff members to confirm a refund for the first night, we didn’t receive a follow up email and haven’t received payment. Room was average, location okay but breakfast not up to standard.

I was given a bad room and the problem was without air conditioning, according to their statement that they had a problem with the air conditioning. A room was reserved and another room was given to me, so I ask the Trip website to compensate me for the defect that occurred in this bad hotel, in addition to the fact that the bathroom was very dirty.

Absolutely loved the stay! Very polite personnel and reception. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, people like Rugaya makes your stay very easy and enjoyable. Restaurant offers variety of dietary choices. Recommended

False windows in the room, outdated facilities, poor surrounding environment

The room type is too bad, there is no window, the locals say that there is a lady recruiting there, and the environment is poor, but fortunately, the breakfast buffet is delicious

Average hotel for short visit..uncomfortable stay during night time as u can hear the sounds and voices next door it's quite loud actually..there's a language barrier coz not all staffs speaks english. But it's very near to bus stop,restaurants and grocery stores.

Very basic, away from the city centre..some of the rooms are really small and non ventilated. Breakfast is ordinary. Road facing rooms are noisy. Not too many eating joints around the place. Saving grace are 2 courteous staff Ezvan and Elvin.

I was amazing place and very good hotel .Everything good and good personal. This hotel near bank,atm super market ,metro station , restaurants and pharmacy.Special thank you for Mira,Kifayat reception and waiter Imran , and also Zaur bellboy .I like and recommended this hotel🥰❤️😘

It's a great place. Good treatment at check-in. Although there were minor delays in the food, the attitude and service were excellent. The hotel price is one of the most ideal among other hotels in the country. I recommend it to those traveling with their families.
