Let me talk about the good things first: the hotel is in a good location, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is close to the sea. There is nothing good except the first time. 1. When checking in, the front desk service was not enthusiastic or friendly, especially when I asked if I could help apply for free breakfast as a platinum member, the other party not only refused but also said that we either paid extra or breakfast was not included, and showed a disdainful state. 2. The room hygiene and facilities are not good at all. I feel that the facilities and linens of Hanting in China are not so bad. Moreover, the mattress almost collapses when you lie down. I really don't understand why the IHG holiday brand can fall to such a level in this country. It seems that most of the 1100+ room fee is paid for the sea view... 3. When checking out, the front desk told me that due to the mistake of his colleague, we were short of 1 yuan when we checked in and needed to pay it. Then I directly refused. It was not about the 1 yuan. This attitude and handling method are really unacceptable. Not only did they not apologize and further solve the problems mentioned above, but they also gave me this in the end. In short, I strongly recommend that you do not stay at this hotel unless the price is very attractive... Finally, I want to complain about the taxi drivers in Baku. Bolt called a taxi to the airport. Not only was the fee charged online, but I also had to pay 10azn in cash. The reason was that it was the airport parking fee, but in fact the airport parking fee was 3azn for 10 minutes. So, it was like asking me for a 7azn tip, and it was justified... Haha, just treat it as shish...

The service is very poor. I sent my laundry at 9am, and according to the hotel dry cleaning order, I could pick it up that evening. I asked about it that evening, and they said that they had repeatedly emphasized that I was flying out the next day, and the hotel assured me that it would be no problem. I asked about it the next morning, and they said that I could only pick it up after 4pm that day. I asked the front desk to explain why this happened, and they said that the dry cleaning order had not been updated. After repeated questioning, they said that the dry cleaning order said the next day, and I didn't read it clearly. It was written in black and white, and they were lying. Later, they said that it could be delivered to the office within 2 hours. After arriving at the office, they asked a local colleague to contact them, and they said that it would be at 2pm.

The bath towels were old, yellow, and smelled of sheep. The wash basin was blocked, so I called the hotel to deal with it. I pressed 0 but couldn't get through. I had no choice but to go to the front desk. The front desk said to contact them by pressing 2600. There was no instruction in the room to press this number. It was really speechless. The room I stayed in was a conjoined room. I was woken up at two in the middle of the night. I thought it was the noise of tourists getting up and gathering. I listened carefully and found that it was a man and a woman arguing. I called the front desk to stop. On the second night, I was worried about being disturbed again, so I asked the front desk to change the room. The front desk said it was past 12 noon and could not change the room. Also, the bed in this hotel is so soft that I always feel like it will tilt down when I sleep on it. The breakfast in the hotel is too ordinary. The bread is very hard, and there is nothing else to eat. If you really stay, don't spend more than 100 per person to eat this. Because of what happened during the stay, I told the front desk that I would talk to their manager, and they didn't contact me until I left the hotel. In short, I don't recommend this hotel at all
