Hilton Baku nice 5 star hotel . We was in G. Suite and the service in executive lounge was very proffesional. Nice resturant in 24 and 25 floor with best view to the city .

The Hilton hotel is situated in a great place which is close to every location. The service is great and the people at the front desk are kind and helpful

Convenient hotel, comfortable room, good breakfast. But the staff is beyond praise. Very responsive, nice people. You can really feel the care for the guests. Thank you.

The room we were assigned was very good, a side room, very quiet, and had a view of the Flame Towers.

Service is not very good

Great hotel, great location and an amazing rotataing Bar on the 25th floor with breathtaking view. Special thanks to Nijat & Rauf who took good care of me in the 360 bar. The room are well maintained...the gym is great. We could see then setting up the formula 1 just infront of the hotel. If you are planning to go to Baku for the F1 this would be the perfect location!

Lovely bar. Fantastic view of Baku by night. Great service from Nijat who was very attentive. Slightly disappointed that the 360 part wasn’t working the night we were there but we were told it would be fixed in the next couple of days. Nb: entry to the bar is for age 18 and over.

I would like to thank Mr eimal duty .manger .and Mr Jave from front desk And Mr ulvi .than to make my saty comfortable and enjoy the tea it near to every than like shaping santer javed offers to complimentary tea spical Azerbaijani. Tea and sweets is too good. And tasty

Nijat, thank you for the hospitality. We ordered Sushi, ChickenTacos and 2 non alcoholic drinks, which were lovely. Especially Sushi was awesome. Also special mention to Fuad for arranging a special table for us with a lovely view of the 360 bar.

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful city! The property itself is nothing short of impressive. Absolutely gorgeous interior design, every corner is worth admiring. However, as expected of a Hilton hotel the staff was the greatest part of the stay. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and approachable. Special thanks to Vilayat who made my check -in very smooth and quick, truly talented person. Thanks to Amil and Javad for assisting us in extending our stay. Appreciate the breakfast staff as well for providing us with a cozy breakfast experience. Recognition goes to Tumral and the team. ( tips for improvement would be to add a second coffee machine for breakfast, one is simply not enough. Every hilton Ive been to has two at least) Hope to stay here again.

We r currently staying in Hilton Baku. The room given to us has dirty windows which you do not expect from Hilton hotel. We have called them multiple times to change the room but no action has been taken yet. Attaching the picture of state of windows.
