Nice and clean room, comfy bed, tasty breakfast, very helpful staff. It is close to the main attractions so you can walk around. Also the nearby metro can be a plus point if you want to go around other parts of the city. A great family friendly place for stay.

Прекрасный отель с прекрасным персоналом. Во-первых, отличное расположение, откуда можно добраться до всех достопримечательностей. Во-вторых, чисто, красиво, аккуратно. И самое замечательное - клиентоориентированность персонала! На ресепшен обязательно решат любой ваш вопрос, всегда пойдут вам навстречу! Персонал говорит на нескольких языках, очень вежливы и оперативны! Отдельно спасибо за такое внимательное отношение к себе! Сам отель чистый, комнаты просторные, предусмотрены щетки, шампуни, халаты, гладильная доска по запросу! Еще раз спасибо за комфортное пребывание в отеле!

Lovely classic hotel. Spacious bedrooms (with little freebies of toothbrush, comb etc). Comfortable bed. Attractive dining/breakfast area next to park/garden. Good food, excellent local 'tandoor' bread. Friendly staff. Fairly close to city centre and sights to see.

バクーで一番の賑わいを見せるニザミ通り、カスピ海に臨むバクー並木道、旧市街地など主だったところは、すべて徒歩で行けます。ホテルから数百メートル先には地下鉄があり、市街地観光も楽勝。 私が宿泊したお部屋は40M2と広々としており、エアコンもばっちり。窓の下にはチャイハナがあり、バクー市民の普段の生活が見られます。 フロントには私の到着に合わせて、日本国旗が置かれ、その心配りに多謝。スタッフは親切で不愉快な思いをすることはありませんでした。 なお、お部屋からの眺望を公園としたい場合は、25M2のお部屋を予約しましょう。

We stayed here for couple of days in March'24. The best part about this property is its location. Its centrally placed and is just few steps away from a metro station. The property has a nice garden which seems like an extended part of the hotel. The rooms in itself are quite ok. No complaints on the service part though.

I came to Baku on holiday from Istanbul, I stayed at the Grand Hotel, I was very pleased with the hotel, the staff were very good, I definitely recommend it, it was very clean and hygienic, the food was also good, apart from that, the location of the hotel is nice, it is a reliable place for a holiday.
