The location of the hotel is good, in the ancient city. The room is clean and stylish. Breakfast is in another hotel, which requires a 5-minute walk, which is not convenient. Paying when you leave is a bit confusing. It would be better if it could be computerized and the receipt would be in English.

Рекомендуем данный отель к посещению. Очень колоритные номера, в номере все есть (фен, утюг, гладильная доска, тапочки, халаты, мыльные принадлежности), у нас в номере была даже мини кухня. Вежливый, доброжелательный персонал. Месторасположение удобное, все в пешей доступности.

Грязные номера, не рабочая сантехника. Описание не соответствует действительности. По факту нет половины заявленнного. Персонал пытается помочь, но проблемы глобальные. Завтраков по факту нет (сыр, сосики, яйца, хлеб чай, кофе, яишница) Номерам требуется срочный косметический ремонт. Единственный плюс это расположение в старом городе. Так же очень странная система расчёта. Есть подозрение, что разводят на деньги. Пришлось сменить отель, ибо невозможно пр

Внимательно прочтите мой отзыв перед тем как собиратесь забронировать этот отель! Ни в коем случае не связывайтесь с этими людьми, так как это мошенники! 15-17 июня 2024 у меня из номера своровали 200$, когда я вышел в город. Я сразу же сообщил на рецепшен, после чего меня стали обвинять в том, что я якобы неправильно посчитал свои деньги, и что я их обвиняю. Вызвали полицию, начали разбираться. Сразу после этого инцидента, они в приложении BOOKING сделали "не заезд", будто меня там не было))) это сделано для того, чтобы я не смог оставить свой плохой отзыв. Но благодаря команде BOOKING, я пишу этот отзыв. Спасибо большое большое BOOKING за это! Между прочим на сайте Tripadvisor, я увидел отзыв от одной женщины, которая также писала от том, что у нее также украли золотое ожерелье. Весь мой отдых был в Баку испорчен этим отелем. Не связывайтесь с ними, если не хотите свой отдых превратить в ужас с разбирательствами.

Excellent hotel, everything as stated in the description and even better. The room is incredibly beautiful, cozy and clean; with all the necessary accessories: from a bathrobe to a shoe sponge. Excellent bed. And mosaic lamps are my love. Towels and shower amenities were changed every day. The cleaning is high quality. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff: friendly and caring, always ready to help and respond to any request. Felt like home! Thank you very much!

In 2023 I decided to come to Baku. I chose this hotel and was not disappointed. Since I travel often, I have been to many hotels, both expensive and not so expensive, but this hotel will leave the warmest memories and a desire to return again. The special value of the hotel is the staff, who are always friendly and always ready to help with everything. Immediately upon check-in, I tried to break the safe and clog the sink. Despite the late hour, they immediately helped me, taking the situation with humor. Then they helped us buy tickets to the theater, because due to the policy of one old bunker herostrategist, it is not possible to pay Russians for services with cards. The hotel is located in the old town. The location is great, within walking distance of everything a traveler needs. The rooms are very nicely decorated. Very clean. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but you can have breakfast in a neighboring hotel or in your room, where there is a refrigerator and a kettle. My room was very spacious, quiet, and overlooked a courtyard with trees. The feeling of home and comfort did not leave throughout the entire stay at the hotel. What makes the hotel especially cute is its fluffy, mustachioed resident - a gray cat. This beauty is incredibly friendly and curious.
