Very good hotel compared to the price. The building is old but they have nice decorations inside. Staff are friendly. Location is easy to reach and near to the corniche in good location. The room i booked is big size and was clean as well.

Endured a room (w no safe) for 3 nights w no natural light or outside air. V noisy as it overlooked a covered courtyard, which funneled sounds like an echo chamber. Asked for a chair and shower cap, never delivered. Manual key didn't work after closing door. Went for a walk while they 'fixed' it. 2nd key didn't work, so more delay, before 3rd time lucky! Returned one day at 4pm, room not made up. Next day, returned at 7pm, room again not made up! Breakfast v good, but dinner was expensive and appalling. Easily the worst casserole I've ever been served.

I have been in chats with Nurlana self executive for 28 rooms and she qouted me 100AZN but when i confirmed her she said that she cant offer same price and increased it to 120 , plus she is also not letting me talk to the director or the director is too busy to even talk for a minute. please find the images below and take necessary actions to stop unfair trade practices

We really liked this place (although some minor things needed improvement). In summary, we would definitely go back. Good things: Lovely lobby area, recently upgraded hotel and enormous bedroom and bathroom - we had a balcony and looked over a quiet side street, although friends had a noisy room at the back. The place had the character of a boutique hotel. $2 taxi ride to most tourist areas, 2 supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and park nearby in pleasant suburb. Helpful staff, particularly at the entrance - get them to call any taxis you need using their app, as it is much cheaper that way. Lots of power points, good toiletries, decent safe, free water each day, tea and coffee, fridge, very good shower, good shaving/cosmetic mirror, firm bed giving a great sleep,, good internet. Other; The housekeeping was variable, e.g. the toilet was not cleaned or bins emptied one day, and I needed to chase up toilet paper another day. The bathroom at times had a drain smell. The breakfast buffet was good but I had language and other issues getting some gluten free food - the staff tried though and the manager sorted things out more than once.

Very noisy whichever room you get. Firstly on the inside so noise travels up from reception area. Moved rooms as too hot, 30°c and ac was off for winter. 2nd room on the street, incredibly noisy. Cleaners operating throughout the night. Banging constantly, chairs scraping across wooden floors. Doors slamming throughout the day and night. Staff are friendly and helpful.

First good impressions of a country are also had by the quality of the Hotel which accommodates the visitor. Maria and I visited Baku in October and Sapphire Bayil Hotel provided us with that good impression. Although not close to CBD, there are a number of supermarkets nearby. Baku was hit bay gale strong winds on the day we arrived and yet we were able to access a Supermarket nearby. We were warned that the room was going to be very good and that is exactly what it was. We were very pleased with it and the parquet floor added to its quality. The Ensuite was excellent and so was the breakfast which was vast. We stayed three nights at this Hotel which we recommend to those who read this comment.

The hotel was nice, big and comfy and clean. But the staff are not flexible enough for the request of their guest. I dont know if they are lazy for the request of their guest or something. They did not even a find solution for the request. Also During the check in process is slow and not in order of first come first serve basis. My overall stay in this hotel is not pleasant.

We arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m., on Ostrovok we paid for a room with a double bed and a balcony (there was a separate price for a room with a balcony), and breakfast was also offered. When we arrived, we were checked into a room, but there was no balcony. I went to the reception and said that I paid for a room with a balcony. At the reception they changed my room (not without controversy), but the new room had 2 single beds. This did not suit me and I showed the reservation in which a room with a double bed and a balcony was booked. I was told at 3 am that we couldn’t change because there were no rooms with a double bed. Then I asked them to move them, but one of the beds was broken and it was impossible to move it. We were told that by 10 am they would prepare the room, but by 10 am, of course, no one knew about the problem in principle. I once again explained the situation to the new person, this time they told me that it would be ready by 1 pm. It wasn’t ready by one o’clock either. And I had to explain the situation again to a new employee. He told us that there were no available rooms. And then, of course, I asked the senior manager, and yet the number I needed was found. By the evening of the next day we were checked into our room. We changed 3 rooms, all of them had dirt and dust, there was mold in the shower. We carried our things from room to room ourselves, constantly packing our suitcases. The breakfasts must be said to be good. In principle, the style of the hotel is not bad, although artificial dusty flowers are a nightmare for this hotel. The service at the reception is not very good because they don’t care much about you, basically like they don’t care about the dust throughout the hotel. There were dirty dishes in the hotel corridors for 2 days (apparently from someone's breakfast in the room). The double bed that I barely managed to get was not quite a double bed, it’s 2 mattresses of a single bed on which it’s impossible to sleep, the fact that the bed is also kind of strange and broken is a separate conversation. Cozy hotel, 5 minutes by car to the old town. Interior with a twist. Spacious rooms. Freshly renovated. Breakfast is monotonous: porridge, grilled vegetables, sausages. Fresh vegetables, variety of cheeses and fruits. Upon request, they made omelettes and scrambled eggs. Take the deluxe with balcony. 3-4 Floor View of the park.

I stayed at the hotel in June. The center is 5 minutes away by taxi. You can also drive to the village of Bibi Eilat in 15 minutes and swim in the sea. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel does not offer excursions; it is better to buy in the city center. The hotel is very close to the embankment; in the evening you can walk and eat in a restaurant. Overall a good hotel.
