Good value

This is a clean, convenient, stylish and lovely hotel. The room was the perfect size. The location was great, close to the Flame Towers. And the best part was the warmfull staff.

Its a new hotel but the location can be a bit better as its around 10 minutes from Nizami main street

The front desk were reluctant to provide additional water bottles. I had the family suite booked and still they were reluctant to provide more than 2 bottles of water which was pretty annoying. The breakfast area was too crowded and I guess to address this the breakfast timing should be 7:00 to 10:30, closing up at 10:00 is making it too crowded between 9:30 and 10:00 and the moment it is 10:00 you will find the restaurant people winding and talking all things inside. Too much chaotic and rude.

The customer service was very bad, there very lazy and last day very request for early breakfast and they said ok, and morning we are waiting but didn't come after that left with out breakfast because we have early flight Really Disappointed

Normal hotel, very nice guys work there, speak Russian and English well. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Didn't like: dirty carpets in the room, all stained, asked to change the room - there are no free ones. The room is shabby, dirt on the walls and shabby furniture. In terms of the condition of the room, it is not 5 stars. The toilet is acceptable, clean.

Facilities: The family room is a bit compact but the bedding is very comfortable and I slept very well. Hygiene: I didn't see any unpleasant hygiene bugs Environment: This hotel is on a hillside. Turn right and you can go to a stepped park to see the night view. The hotel environment is OK. There are art installations in the lobby to create an atmosphere. Service: The staff I came into contact with were all professional and serious, and there was no unpleasant feeling.
