Большой номер, все необходимое для комфортного проживания было (не хватало полотенец, но их быстро принесли) Хороший завтрак - шведский стол.

Особые пожелания не были выполнены, просили на 1 этаже номера , дали на разных. Через несколько дней переселили с 5 этажа.
При пилинге содрали до болячек родинки.
Не понимают русский и английский язык.

Начиталась хороших отзывов на нескольких сайтах забронировала этот отель на 2 дня . Цена оказалась довольно заманчивой поэтому выбор пал именно на него. Привлекло местоположение, наличие завтрака и спа.
Заказ оформляла не на прямую, а через популярную платформу, делала особый запрос, что мне необходимо расположение 2 номеров хотя бы на одном этаже, а так же , если возможно на высоком этаже.
Особые пожелания не были выполнены, один номер оказался на 3 , другой на 5 этаже. Вид из окна отвратительный, лучше в него не смотреть.
Сложно договориться с персоналом, потому что к сожалению он не владеет ни русским , ни английским языком.
Чувствуется непрофессионализм, несобранность и халатность. Персонала много, а толку от этого нет. Не хватает твердой руки главного менеджера.
В 4звездочном номере в ванной набор включает: 1 шампунь и 1 гель для душа.
Халат и чашка для чая отсутствует.
Ужасная шумоизоляция, слышно все, что делают соседи, мешали спать дети до 2 часов ночи.
Завтрак: небольшой ассортимент, но выбрать можно. Кофе 8 манат.
Спа: опять проблемы с взаимопониманием, договаривалась о записи по whats app, считаю, что неэтично записывать голосовые сообщения своим клиентам. Персонал не знает цен на услуги, что включено и что нет. Сначала сказали платите за массаж, пилинг и за вход, потом , что за вход не надо платить.
Я не могла объяснить, что мне нужно, потому что меня не понимали, я объясняла нескольким людям одно и тоже, но все было бесполезно.
Массаж не стоил своих денег, первый раз видела чтобы делали массаж и разговаривали по телефону.
Спа маленькое, вода в бассейне холодная.

Good place for a short stay. We stayed for four nights and had a comfortable experience. Staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very less to no breakfast options for vegetarians.

I just came from my trip from baku and i had to pay extra charges of 75 mannat as i didn't check in but i wasn't informed about the check in policy. From dubai to baku they didn't ask about the check in but from baku to dubai they did. This isn't right, during my departure i should have been informed about this check in policy. As there is internet issue in baku you could've called me on my number or messaged me. I need a refund for this. Even during booking i wasn't informed about this.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was just okay. While the amenities were decent and the location was convenient, i wouldn't recommend it to travelers or families. The atmosphere didn't quite cater to their preferences, and there were some cultural mismatches that made the experience less enjoyable. For a more suitable stay, i'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Good rooms good bathrooms, nice staff clean and well maintained hotel. Value for money. Breakfast has less choices.
