There are nice sea views and beaches, but that's it. The hotel is too old, and it's a bit too expensive for more than 9,000 yuan a night. In addition, there is an additional service fee of several dozen dollars per night...

The check-in experience is also top-notch, and you will get personal service all the way from the hotel entrance when you report your name. From the moment we arrived, each person at the Ritz began pampering us and making our stay memorable. To start, our room was upgraded and Alex provided a great recommendation for dinner. Nicholas made afternoon happy hours an absolute joy.

During our stay the weather finally cleared up! We decided to have a beach day before our flight tomorrow morning. When we arrived down to the beach we were greeted by Lazaro and juliano. They informed us of the beautiful Day bed experience and we are so glad we decided to do Miami right and get the daybed on the beach. Lazaro and Juliano did an amazing quick job setting up our lovely day bed with extra chairs fully shaded. The water temperature was just right. We highly recommend doing a day bed Atleast one day during your stay. The service was beyond expectation. We will definitely be return in the near months to come. We were treated like family!!!! Thank you!!!!

The staff here was exceptionally great with the service at the beach and pool! The bed and umbrellas were beautifully put and made my experience amazing with my boyfriend and I! Definitely recommend :)) Juliano, Ignacio and some others were great and welcoming.

Had a great time here! Super friendly and fun game here at the Ritz poolside. We played pool pong against my friends to win a free drink. Sandro was amazing! Would definitely go back and highly recommend! Great experience and great vibe for a fun poolside activity.

Great hotel, quieter than Miami or South Beach. Beach service was excellent. Very much enjoyed my conversations with Ivan every morning.beach itself was very nice. Very little waves, nice chairs and umbrellas. White sand. Private even though beach is public

Me and my husband came here today with our girls through resort pass- Place is so nice , staff very friendly And there was a face painting artist name katelyn that was so sweet, my girls really liked her. Food and drinks are always good. Highly recommend

Alessandro and Bruno were amazing super attentive and making sure we were okay and anything we needed they were there I’ll be sure coming back wit them they made me feel super welcomed great customer service if there manager is reading keep them around
