A wonderful experience in a charming hotel. Located near the Botanical Gardens and Queen Mary Castle, the hotel offers customers clean, spacious rooms at affordable prices. The clean swimming pool, the friendly staff, the beauty of the landscape and the peace so welcome in a vacation recommend the hotel by itself.

The hotel is just near the Castle of Queen Mary. The stuff professional. The rooms are comfortable,, large rooms, very nice bathrooms. Clean and well decorated. The breakfast very good. Bar and very nice garden. A garage and parking place for free.

Nice place, clean room, good view to pool and the town. Quite and relaxing. They rent bikes which is great. Food is quite dietetic with vegetables, eggs and cheese, not too much meat which was good for us.

This is the worst 3* hotel in Balchik - Rooms are tiny, General decor of the hotel is not guest centric. Food is a Nightmare - Breakfast is Disgusting. The Staff do not give a Fuk of the Guest whatsoever - The Owner is Russian as they spent money in certain areas of the hotel - but forgot it is a hotel and not their home. Rooms have zero soundproof - you can hear everything in the corridors Hotel is generally dirty - and bathroom doors are broken due to humidity from showers. balcony is not private and not cleaned The hotel is more interested in providing an itemised list of room content - so you do not break anything, rather than leaving a welcome note to the guest- We stayed for three nights and never again. We will go to the Paris Hotel down the road- its smaller, but the Owners are friendly and place is in good condition. The Spa - is terrible, not maintained, saunas do not work, changing room smelly, toilets dirty and staff not existing - They also do not open the Spa until the afternoon - just to save 5 leva - We paid 20 leva extra from the room rate - and it was a fkg waste of money - I will write to the local health ministry to do an inspection as the hotel is not clean and staff also do not wear Masks - although they advertise it !!!!
