Hotel near Central,Hong Kong
The Lan Kwai Fong Hotel is conveniently located at Kau U Fong between Hong Kong Islands's bustling Central and Sheung Wan business districts. The hotel is within walking distance of the popular Soho and Lan Kwai Fong areas and offers convenient access to public transport including the MTR, tram, ferry and public bus. It's also right next to the world's longest covered escalator, which links the Mid-Levels and Soho to Central. The spacious, modern rooms in this Hong Kong hotel, accented with traditional Chinese elements, offer rain showers and iPod docking stations. Some have views of the city or harbor.

"I stayed here for 3 nights in June. The location is excellent, within walking distance of both Hong Kong Station and Central Station. I was also able to walk to the Victoria Peak tram station, although it was a bit of a stroll. However, as shown in the photos, the exterior isn't particularly impressive, and because it's located in the dense urban center of Hong Kong, I got a little lost trying to find it. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, there were two things that bothered me: there was what looked like a strand of hair on a drinking glass, and an open can of juice was left in the refrigerator. While my travel companion and I aren't overly particular, I imagine others might find this off-putting. It felt a bit subpar for what should be a typical four-star hotel. On the positive side, towels and bathrobes were replaced diligently every day. As for amenities, perhaps it's standard in Hong Kong, but there were no toothbrushes provided, which is something to be aware of. Shampoo and conditioner were available, and there was a decent hairdryer. While there was no water in the fridge, there was a kettle with instant coffee and tea. I believe I had the cheapest room, but I was grateful that it came with a bathtub."

"Facilities: Mostly complete, but the projector's volume couldn't be adjusted. Not a big deal since I wasn't planning on watching anything anyway. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Excellent location, super convenient for shopping and dining. It's walking distance to Harbour City and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station isn't far. The only downside is that it's quite close to the street, so it can get a bit noisy at night sometimes. Service: The staff were warm and attentive, and they even left some local snacks in the room. Overall, this is a refined hotel with really high value for money. Highly recommend!"

It has a hostel-like environment, the room was very spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Overall, at this price point in Hong Kong, it's definitely worth it."

"This place was even better than expected, highly recommended! I stayed in a single room; it was clean, hygienic, and well-equipped with all the essentials (toothbrush, towels, and even a universal adapter were provided). The space felt open and never cramped. Other guests during my stay were very quiet, and the outdoor environment didn't disturb my sleep at all (and I'm a light sleeper). Big thanks to the front desk lady and the security guard downstairs!"

AKVO Hotel is located in the Soho area of Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. It is the most fashionable landmark in the city and is surrounded by well-known restaurants. The hotel is only 300 meters from the A2 exit of MTR Sheung Wan Station, less than 1 kilometer from the core business district of Central and the lift of the Mid-Levels, and a 5-minute walk from the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal. The hotel offers free high-speed WiFi, and the friendly staff will provide you with a 24-hour personal and personal service. All rooms are equipped with Samsung 49" smart TV, Delong coffee machine with free Italian illy coffee, Danish Bang & Olufsen B&O Beoplay M5 Bluetooth wireless speaker and American Sealy silk mattress. Taste and style are absolutely suitable for your needs.

"This is my second stay here. The location is great. It's close to Jenny Bakery Central, and Mid-Levels is only about a 10-15 minute walk away. However, there are a few inconveniences: 1. **Deposit only by card:** I usually pay deposits in cash because card cancellations can be slow, but here, it's card-only. 2. **No hand soap:** When returning from outside, there isn't even hand soap provided. I understand that many hotels are reducing single-use amenities these days, aside from toothbrushes and toothpaste, but this is the first time I've encountered a place without even hand soap. 3. **Inconvenient phone charging:** There's only one outlet in the bathroom sink area that fits a Korean two-prong charger. I brought a three-prong adapter just in case, but while there's an outlet by the bedside table, it's obscured by the table's height, making it difficult to use. You'd have to move the heavy bedside table to plug in an adapter. These three things are the only inconveniences; everything else is fine."

Mingle Place by The Park is located in the historical heritage district of Wanchai, in a half-century-old vintage 1960s "balcony" style residential building. Free Wi-Fi in public areas and a Chinese restaurant are accessible to guests of this hotel.

"The location is superb, with plenty of food and shops right downstairs. There's even a cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe) nearby that always has a long queue of locals. Due to time constraints this trip, I only tried their milk tea, which was absolutely amazing! 👍🏻 It's also about a five-minute walk from Wan Chai MTR station. The front desk staff were very friendly and even clearly wrote down the shortcut to the room. The room itself was very tiny, and the facilities were quite disappointing, to say the least! It's basically a renovated old Hong Kong tenement building, so it's best not to have high expectations, haha."

LLEGENDDDK11 ARTUS is ideally located in the heart of Kowloon's transportation hub, offering unparalleled convenience for guests. With direct access to both Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations, guests can quickly and easily reach other parts of Hong Kong or connect to mainland transportation networks. Situated in Victoria Dockside, a prominent art, design, and cultural landmark on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, K11 ARTUS boasts 287 residences. From studios to three-bedroom units, various layouts and configurations are available to suit different guest needs. Each residence features a fully equipped kitchenette and a private balcony, offering stunning Victoria Harbour views or vibrant cityscapes, allowing guests to curate their own lifestyle in a comfortable setting. K11 ARTUS embodies a kind of understated luxury. Its entrance is so discreet that you might not even realize it's a high-end serviced apartment. However, once you step inside, you'll be increasingly delighted. Beyond the unassuming front desk, you'll immediately enter a long corridor, like a time tunnel, leading to the guest rooms. But it feels more like walking through a long river of history, with ancient artworks lining both sides. Whether it's a painting or a book, each piece tells an old story. And outside the bright floor-to-ceiling windows, the ancient Victoria Harbour stretches out, with the gentle sound of boat horns seemingly recounting tales of the past. We stayed in a Grand Harbour View One-Bedroom Apartment. The room was spacious, with a large balcony directly facing Victoria Harbour. The bathtub also offered harbour views while bathing. The hotel's pool, in particular, boasts unbeatable Victoria Harbour and city views. Below the room is the famous Avenue of Stars in Hong Kong, and the scenery is truly superb. The bedding was soft, and the kitchen facilities were very well-equipped. We bought groceries from the supermarket in the mall downstairs and made breakfast a few times. The cooking utensils were easy to use, and the tableware was comprehensive. Service was also excellent; the staff were friendly and polite. We didn't dine at the hotel, so I can't comment on the restaurant. Upon learning that my son and I happened to be celebrating our birthdays, in addition to the standard welcome snacks, a delicious cake was specially delivered and pre-chilled in the room's refrigerator upon check-in. They also provided a mini painting kit and beautiful birthday balloons. Overall, K11 ARTUS offers great value for money. Not only is it a rare spacious find in land-scarce Hong Kong, but it also provides a sense of tranquility amidst the bustling city, making it very suitable for family holidays. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

RRosana YipFor my birthday staycation, I chose the Fullerton, and it was my second time staying here. The front desk staff saw me and immediately offered a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room, which I was incredibly touched by. From the room, you could see an endless sea view and Ocean Park. We dropped off our luggage and immediately headed to the infinity pool, which my son loved because there was also a slide. The room package included breakfast for two adults, and we added breakfast for one child and dinner for two adults and one child. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, and after eating, we could take a walk in the garden outside. Perhaps because it wasn't yet the peak summer season, the room price was very affordable. The most expensive part was the overnight parking, which cost $500 – that's really pricey. I suggest they reduce the fee to make it more appealing.

EESMLWe always stay here when we're visiting our daughter who's studying in HK. The hotel is very convenient and MRT station is right next to the hotel at the Popcorn Mall. The ony thing is its a way to far from the airprot. Of course you can't have all at one place. During our stay here, the staffs are very helpful and fast in solving the problem. Since we still unpacking due to late check in, I found out that our CR has a leak coming down from the ceiling. Imagine at 2am, their response to it was very quick. Housekeeping/maintenance was immediately in our room, but due to problem can be solved, we are quickly transferred to a room which is just on the same floor for our convenient. Probably due to lack of our category room, we were indeed upgraded to a family room. It's our first time staying there, of course the price is a bit pricey. But thanks for upgrade we were given a privileged of trying the new room concept. It's a loft type of room. Nice and so fancy. Due to our next separate booking, instead of checking us out from the upgraded room, they let us stay for the rest of our duration, which was a total of 6 days 5 nights. Should we say, it's a blessing of the leak(?) 😆 BUT... honestly speaking, I really enjoyed staying here, super convenient. I was even recognized by the staff whose always welcoming us upon entrying the lobby area. Thanks so much again Royal Garden.

FFANGZHENG1985Great for all ages, you could spend all day at the hotel without getting bored. Outdoor Pool Area There are multiple outdoor free-form pools, complete with water slides and a shallow area for children. Surrounded by coconut groves and lush greenery, there are plenty of lounge chairs. It’s not crowded, even with many people, and the opening hours are long. Swimming in the evening with the sea breeze is an excellent experience. The pool area provides complimentary towels and children's life vests, and the changing rooms are well-equipped.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel in early April for a June stay. My friend arrived much earlier than me on the day of check-in. I gave her the Trip.com confirmation letter and my name, but when she tried to check in, the hotel said they couldn't find any reservation. My friend, a young woman, was left stranded. I was on a flight at the time and couldn't receive messages or handle the situation. She was scared and had nowhere to rest or go. My flight was also delayed, landing around midnight. As soon as I saw the messages, I immediately contacted customer service. They contacted the agent, and the agent contacted the hotel. The whole process was drawn out. Of course, I understand that Trip.com isn't the direct booking party and has to wait for the agent's reply. Finally, almost an hour later, they resent the exact same confirmation slip. My friend then tried to check in again and it was successful. Later, upon verification, it turned out the hotel had entered my name incorrectly when putting it into their system. So, I have to ask: if the order was incorrectly entered and essentially not booked, why did I receive a confirmation letter in the first place? Is there an issue with Trip.com's supplier management and process confirmation? I'm currently still waiting for a confirmation and reply from customer service.

GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable stay in Hong Kong! Staying at this hotel was truly one of the best decisions we made during our trip to Hong Kong for a concert. First and foremost, I must give a special thank you to Derald, a staff member at the hotel. I was traveling alone with three children and had originally booked two standard rooms. Derald, understanding our situation, thoughtfully and proactively upgraded both of our rooms to Presidential Suites with twin beds. This not only made our stay much more comfortable but also significantly eased the burden on me, a mother traveling alone with three kids. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly made me feel the friendliness, warmth, and helpfulness of the people of Hong Kong. This act of generosity deeply touched me and became one of the most beautiful memories of this trip to Hong Kong. The hotel's overall environment is absolutely beautiful, clean, and tidy, with a sophisticated yet welcoming design. The Presidential Suite is incredibly spacious, featuring an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The furniture and lighting design are very tasteful, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light and expansive views. The bedroom is comfortable and quiet, with soft bedding, and the bathroom features high-end marble design, making it spacious and bright. The overall stay experience was very relaxing. What surprised me the most was that the Presidential Suite also boasts a spacious terrace. From the terrace, you can not only admire the Hong Kong city skyline but also see both the Kai Tak Indoor Arena and the outdoor Main Stadium of Kai Tak Sports Park. The views are stunning both day and night. If you're coming for a concert, this hotel is incredibly convenient! The hotel has a dedicated pedestrian walkway directly to the Kai Tak concert venue, allowing you to walk the entire way. After the concert, you can easily walk back to the hotel without worrying about taxis or crowded subways. This is a huge bonus. Throughout our entire stay, every staff member was enthusiastic, professional, and patient, making us feel right at home. My sincere thanks to Derald and all the hotel staff; you made our Hong Kong trip even more perfect. The next time I come to Hong Kong, I will definitely choose this place again and will recommend it to all my friends who come for concerts!

GGuest UserHotel with perfect location (all the nearby 4 / 5 star chains should be jealous) - direct access access to the airport without the shuttle is the main benefit, but which stuck in the last century, amenity-wise - there's a fax line connector, readily available for the travellers carrying fax machine with them on the trips , but hardly a single USB port, which together with the absence of a single international charger port or adapter in the room makes life of the traveller somewhat miserable. Interior and iron/ironing board add up to nostalgic vibes of the prime HK days. Last time I've stayed here good 12 years ago and nothing seems to change since, despite the mentioned renovation. Another small detail: probably, it's the most expensive room service burger I've tried (and I've tried a lot) - yeah, it's an airport hotel, and customers don't have any options, but should the food combine both airport and hotels surchages, that's the question🤣 (burger was good, btw).

GGuest UserExcellent location by Causeway bay. Was hard to find though as there was no sign on the street? The pod I was in was big enough and I liked how you could lock it and it wasn't just a curtain like some other places. The air conditioner was a bit weird as it would be too hot without it on and too cold with it on as there weren't a lot of blankets. Was good value place for the price! I've included a picture of the door in case you can't find it.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel’s main advantage is its location right near Central Station. But to reach it, you’ll need to climb what feels like a million stairs, which is exhausting with luggage 🧳 or in rainy weather. Once inside, the lack of ventilation was obvious; my husband fell sick the very next day. We even woke up to a dripping ceiling, wet floors, and damp clothes, which made our two‑night stay uncomfortable. The lobby is lovely and Instagrammable, and the hotel does provide some basic amenities: free drinking water, a disposable towel, body wash (but no shampoo), a TV, hair dryer, kettle, and a large mirror. The hallways are carpeted, and there is a functional lift serving all floors, which helps once you’re inside. Unfortunately, the bathroom setup was one of the most awkward aspects. If you need to do your toilet business, you may have to ask your partner to step out of the room otherwise they’ll collapse from the smell. There’s a big gap underneath the bathroom door and no ventilation, which makes privacy and comfort nearly impossible. Noise from outside carried into the room, and staff interactions were minimal when we raised concerns. Compared to other hotels nearby, Mini Central offered fewer amenities at a higher price. We had better facilities and better value elsewhere. Overall, while the location and lobby might look good for photos, the actual stay was disappointing. Unless you only need a quick overnight stop, we’d recommend choosing another hotel with better comfort and value.
