There wasn't a room service but we asked for more towels and slippers and they brought it to us. The towels weren't comfertable and the pillows were so hard we decided to sleep without it. But overall the stay was very good, the owner was amazing and a great location (10 minutes walk from baili gorge). Recommend not going on winter because it was too freezing and the view is not as great.
