I took my mother to Yinchuan for a trip and stayed at Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express is usually my first choice for traveling. The quality of Zhouji series hotels is generally not too bad. Holiday Inn Express Yinchuan Center has good facilities, hygiene, environment and service. There is a parking lot in front of the building and a large supermarket next to it. The disadvantage is that there are no restaurants around, so it is not very convenient to eat. However, the hotel has a Chinese restaurant with good dishes.

Hygiene: Very clean, the equipment is of the same high standard as always, and the indoor insulation is still very good even on cold and windy days.
Meal: It combines the characteristics of Feiziji from all over the world. The ingredients are authentic and taste good. Together with the restaurant's excellent view and interior decoration, it creates a full holiday atmosphere.

You can see that the decoration and equipment are also carefully designed, such as hair dryers, toothbrushes, electric toilets, humidifiers, etc. The room is quite large and has a balcony. The environment is also very clean, minimalist style, the service attitude is also very good, and the front desk lady is great~
The disadvantage is that the location is a bit remote, there are not many restaurants nearby, and you have to drive there, so it is recommended to pack breakfast. But it is still very close to the Western Xia Imperial Mausoleum, so it is recommended to check in there. Then after checking in to the new hotel, it is still recommended to open the window for ventilation.

Environment: The location is first-rate. The only pity is that when we went there, the sky was not good and it was rainy and we couldn't see the Helan Mountains.
Service: I can only say that the service staff is uneven overall. The best service is breakfast and the lobby bar at Jianshan.
Hygiene: The scale in the kettle is still serious, and the rest is within the normal range.
Hotel activities: You can go to their farm to feed the small animals. Due to the weather and because I was afraid of the strong smell, I didn't go. Later I regretted it a little.

Let me talk about what made me uncomfortable
1. I suggest that the hotel can add emergency vehicles. My husband had abdominal pain in the middle of the night. We tried to take a taxi for half an hour but couldn't get one. I wanted to ask if the hotel could arrange a car to take him to the hospital. I was told that they could only help book a taxi that cooperates with the hotel. However, because it was estimated that there would be no orders in the middle of the night, the final suggestion to me was to call 120
Although I drove by myself, it was a bit rainy at the time. It was nearly 30 kilometers from the hotel to the nearest hospital. There was a section of the rural road outside the hotel that was muddy and stone and had no street lights. I didn't consider driving at the first time because I was afraid of making mistakes in the chaos and I was not familiar with the road conditions. It took me about an hour to drive to the hospital
2. I broke a cup when I was washing it I left a teacup lid and told the hotel to arrange for someone to clean it up. The guy who came in took photos right away, then asked me where the rest of the cup was, and continued taking photos. After a series of times, he finally cleaned up the broken pieces. No one asked me if I was injured. When I checked out, I asked for compensation. The hotel told me that they wanted to compensate for the whole set, which normally costs 298. They just gave me the purchase price of 98. I searched Taobao for the approximate price of this cup before. As long as the compensation is not outrageous, I think it is acceptable. However, the price difference is close to 70. I said I could pay 98, but the hotel needed to show me a compensation certificate and a price composition. Public notice, I guess the lady at the front desk thought I was being unreasonable and said no, because I went back to the hotel to pack up and check out, my husband was still in the hospital, so I chose to leave first. Afterwards, I bought the same tea cup on Taobao and sent it to the hotel, please check it.
3. The hotel advertises that it has its own winery, and there is a lounge in the lobby. I wanted to buy two to drink in the evening. I saw that I could taste it. At that time, the staff at the lounge asked me three times if I was sure I wanted to buy it. I understand that as a business, I am afraid that the guests will be wasted, but I think I can change the words to make people feel more comfortable. When I settled the bill, I said to put it in the room, but I was told that it was not possible. I was given a QR code to transfer to a private WeChat account.

KKathyZhaoWe arrived around 9:30 pm. The hotel reception is on the 7th floor. There was no one to greet us in the lobby on the first floor. We had five or six boxes in total. The parking attendant pushed them to the elevator. When we got out of the elevator on the 7th floor, there was no one to help us at the front desk. There was only one staff member on the phone at the front desk. The first impression was not very good. We checked in at the end of March. The room was extremely hot. There was no air conditioning. Opening the window did not help. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep well all night. The overall feeling was very average.

Let me start with the good:
1. The hotel room is very large, with a bar, a dishwasher, and an induction cooker. I feel like we have wasted this condition. Especially the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a separate dressing table. This adds 100 points, which is very considerate.
2. The hotel is in a good location, with direct access to Yuecai City, and there are many delicious foods next to it. It is a 35-minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes to Lanshan Park.
3. The hotel buffet breakfast is very good, with everything you need. Secondly, there is a gym and a swimming pool. The swimming pool is very clean, the water temperature is 30 degrees, and the children don’t want to leave when they play in it. The gym is 24 hours, there are not many people, and the equipment is very complete, which is very good.
The only flaw:
1. The curtains in the room may not have been washed for a long time, and there is a lot of dust. I am more sensitive and I found it when I went in. Secondly, the windows are too dirty, and looking out affects the view a little bit
2. Parking: We drove by ourselves. At first, we parked downstairs of the hotel. The parking space was very tight. Later, we learned that there was an underground parking lot. I feel that this information should be written on your homepage, which will be more convenient for self-driving tourists. Secondly, the entrance to the underground parking lot is a bit hard to find. It would be better to have a photo guide. The parking lot is also directly connected to Yuecai City, which is still very good.

The beef ramen and bread desserts for breakfast are particularly good. The juices are all freshly squeezed. What makes me most satisfied is that the plates for taking meals are all hot.
